Disappointed. We misunderstood the difference of beach view Vs. ocean front therefore we approved the initial online registration. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The balcony view was directly facing a construction site. If you go to the right corner of the balcony you could see a portion of the beach starting with lifeguard stand #4. Discussed this with the desk representative and she said because we did not book directly with them she could not reassign the room.

I didn't think there should have been an $11.00 a day parking fee. I was already paying for a room that $200 . Then I tried to order a pizza and was told that the pizza chef was not there and couldn't get one. There was a storm with thunderstorms and tornado watch and if I had not planned ahead I wouldn't have food. The mini fridge didn't keep anything cold. It didn't even work. We had to put our deli food, that we went and got in cooler or ice. This was the worst place that I have ever stayed at.

This was an amazing hotel and I’m so pleased with our stay. Our room was not only spacious but clean and had so much storage room. The staff was so friendly. The pool was great and warm for the windy days. The beach access is so clean and easy. The food was yummy and had many choices. Over all will be coming back everytime we visit orange beach!

The hotel was nice, and room was clean and comfortable. You can’t beat the location as it is close to shopping and restaurants and many are walkable distances. Located right on the beach, so you can walk outside and sit on the sand in minutes or look for seashells early in the morning. The front desk ladies were extremely welcoming and so friendly! Only thing I wasn’t completely satisfied with was that when we left the room for the day and came back, the cleaning staff hadn’t been by. They did stop by later around 5:00, but we were in the room and just asked them to take garbage out and leave some toiletries and towels. They cleaned twice during a 7 night stay, however there were two of those days we left the do not disturb sign on the door.

Lisa,Thank you for the quick note regarding someone responding to an overcharge. If I’m correct in saying the reservation was booked through Expedia and upon arrival it was discovered that the incorrect dates were booked. Expedia collected payment for this stay as the hotel collected payment from Expedia. The hotel has responded to the overcharge and credited the difference that the hotel collected in error due to the correction of dates of stay. My apologies that this seems to be time consuming regarding a resolution however, please remember that hotel is only the receiver of the reservation if it is not made directly through the hotel. While we work very hard to ensure these issues don’t occur because we understand the frustration you will need to reach out to Expedia for the remainder of the difference that is due back.

We have stayed at this motel for the last six years. They now charge for their breakfast ( 13.99 ). It used to be free. The menu is the same as when it was free. They used to have a coffee machine you could use 24/7 and it was free.They now have a coffee bar that charges you for each cup you drink. They now also charge for parking ($11) your vehicle at the motel. It use to be free.

I didn’t like have to pay the expensive prices of the breakfast and the parking. The room was clean and well put together most of the staff was nice ran into a few rude house cleaners but overall it was a good place to stay.

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of facilities and staff at this BW Premier. They required precheck-in online and also called to make sure. They encouraged us to come to the desk if we arrived anytime before check-in as they could give us early access to the room if ready. If not, they would give us a pass for pool access. They also took our request for a room on an upper floor. When we got there we were able to fully check- in to our room on the top floor! We were so impressed that we requested to stay an extra night. Our room was on the west side with a beach view and we saw a gorgeous sunset from our balcony! Truly a wonderful experience!.
