Phase 2A: Sept. 14, 2026 to Feb. 20, 2027: Walkway flooring repairs and waterproofing. Guests should expect loud construction noise, including jackhammers, grinders, and chipping equipment.
Phase 2B: Painting of the north elevation walls and ceilings. Minor grinding and construction noise should be expected.**

The primary bedroom offers private balcony access and its own en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom also includes an en-suite bath for added privacy and convenience. Additional amenities include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
