Parking
• You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made.
• You will pay $50 per pass if you purchase it prior to arrival via the VRPS link that is sent to you. If you wait until arrival, you will pay $60.
Things to know
• Please Note: Ongoing construction until April. Repairing and replacing sliding glass doors. Construction noise during business hours.
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
Winter 2024 - Spring 2025, light construction is being done to the building and may be experienced during your stay. We have confidence that there will be minimum disruption to your stay. If you have questions, please give us a call.
• The indoor pool is currently under construction for repairs. At this time, the estimated completion date is May 9, 2026.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• House parties are not allowed at the property.
• Quiet hours 10 pm-8 am
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space
