Emerald Key Unit 502, a fifth-floor unit, is an immaculate, three-bedroom, two-bath comfort condominium that rests directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama. When you arrive, you will be welcomed by the cool comfort plank floors leading into the large, open living area.

The Master Bedroom, with walk-in closet, contains a king-size bed, night stand, dresser and 32-inch Flatscreen HDTV. The master bath features a garden tub/shower combination of cultured marble and his-and-hers sinks. The master bedroom looks out over the Gulf with sliding, glass, door entry to a balcony with endless views.

Bedroom Two contains a queen-sized bed, chest, night stand, and 22-inch LED HDTV. There is also plenty of closet space.

Bedroom Three also contains a queen-sized bed, chest, night stand, and 22-inch LED HDTV. There is also plenty of closet space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all Stainless Steel Frigidaire appliances including a full-size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave oven, stove/oven, toaster, blender, coffeemaker (both Keurig and drip), mixer, and a raised bar. A dining area with seating for 6, as well as, a raised bar with 3 stools is adjacent to the kitchen. All kitchen utensils and dishware are supplied.

The large living area is decorated with beautiful art and custom furniture including a queen-size sleeper sofa. There is also a 42-inch LCD Flatscreen HDTV with Blue Ray Disc. Cable TV with all your favorite channels are provided, as well as, Free, unlimited Wireless Internet Service. The huge, sliding, glass doors provide endless views of the beach. Looking out of the living area, one has the feeling of being almost directly over the water.

The large, laundry room contains a extra-large capacity Maytag front loading washer and dryer and additional storage space. A full-size iron and ironing board are also provided.

Parking
• Parking is available on a first come first served basis. MAXIMUM 2 CARS PER RESERVATION. There is one remote for the gated lot that will be in the condo for you on arrival. Overflow parking is only allowed in the parking area between the gated lot and the street. Do NOT park in front of the building next door.
Things to know
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• There is a queen sleeper cabinet in the living room.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
