📝 Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.

🐶 PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
🦮 Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.

🚫 NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
🚗 You have one reserved parking spot on the ground level numbered 1403 - You still need your parking pass visible on your dashboard.
🆔 Security must be able to see the parking pass or the vehicle will be towed
🔹 Parking for 2nd vehicle is on a first come first serve basis and you may park in any open/unreserved parking space.
🔹 Parking pass will be in unit upon arrival and must be placed in vehicle upon arrival.
🔹 At the end of your stay, please return parking passes to the unit (there will be a $25 fee for any unreturned passes)
