Beautiful and convenient gulf front, ground floor condo with spectacular beach front views. Your door is literally only steps to the beach. It feels like you are on the beach when sitting on the patio. It's located at one of the most popular Orange Beach locations. Enjoy the emerald water and sugar white sands of Orange Beach at "The Breakers". This is a non-smoking unit and very family friendly. The beach is right outside your door. Watch the dolphins cruising by in the mornings.

You just can't beat the location! Three shopping centers and great dining across the street. Beautiful golf courses and marinas all within a couple miles of your door. This convenient ground floor unit has a fantastic beach and pool view right at your doorstep. If you're on the beach and need to run up to the condo, no problem, your door is just steps away. Stay here and eliminate all the hassles of long treks to the beach. We also have two other ground floor units if your party needs more space. That's right 3 ground floor condos side by side.

Beautifully redecorated with fresh colorful paint. Spacious (1200 sq ft.) two bedroom, two bath, with queen sofa/sleeper in living area will comfortably sleep six. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen. Linens are provided, but bring your beach towels. No Singles under 25, No Pets & No Smoking inside the unit.
- Renter must be at least 25 years old, except for married couples.

1. From the moment we walked in, we noticed about two dozen fruit flies swarming around the kitchen. This led me to have to do a thorough deep clean and re-wiping down of all appliances and setting fruit fly traps to rid them over the next 48 hours. 2.The toilet next to the master bedroom would not function properly – the tank had to be refilled after every flush.3.The air-conditioning never got below 78 degrees for the entire stay. It was very hot and inconvenient. After reading previous reviews from the past few years, this seems to be a consistent issue. 4. Spotty internet connection all weekend Other than these issues, it was very convenient to be on the ground floor and was just a short walk to the beach.

Our family had a great stay at The Breakers condo in Orange Beach. The condo was perfect. Just a few steps to the pool, and a few steps to the sand. The accessibility was perfect for bringing young children to the beach, and also for the grandparents. Could not have asked for a better location- across the street from anything you needed (grocery shopping, souvenir stores, restaurants). Communication with Randall was great! We can’t wait to return. Thank you again!

Family Vacay

We were so surprised how close to the beach and pool we were. It helped so much with two kids in tow. The bedrooms were close together and had everything we needed. So thankful for the washer and dryer! Kitchen was great and living room was spacious! We will definitely be back!!

Location close to everything we like. Condo would of been good if updated, looked like mold in bathroom floor around tub and tolit. Curtains on living room very dirty. Wouldn't stay there again for the money not worth it.Picture in add

Great location but condo is in need of major updating

We have stayed at this complex for the past 3 years but first time for this specific one. I have never had an issue while staying here until staying in This condo. It is needing of a lot of repair and needs alot of updating. There is lots of mold on the sliding door curtain most likely due to the screen in the sliding door is broken (this is a health risk), the bathrooms are needing to be updated due to the dirt and grime around the bottom of the vanity which looks like poo. The refrigerator looks grimy on the side and the microwave door is broken and looks like someone tried to glue it back, the dryer stopped working on the second day and we had to take home wet clothes. New appliances are a must. The furniture needs updating. It is very convenient to the beach since it’s a 1st floor condo.but for the price please get another condo in The complex because it itself is amazing hence the reason we stayed here for 3 years. I will be back but will not rent this condo again.

Great Location

Beautiful views from the ground floor. Short walk to the beach. We had no complaints at all during our stay. This location is right across from stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Great location! We would stay here again.

Beach Paradise

The place is wonderful- the views were spectacular- couldn’t have stayed any closer to the beach! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed- close to stores,good restaurants and only 5 miles from the Florida border. Wish we could’ve stayed longer but plan on another visit soon😎

Great direct access to the beach!!

We loved this ground floor condo. Very short walk to the beach and that makes a big difference when you bring a lot of things with you. Great area with a Walmart marketplace across the street if you forget to bring anything with you. Lots of shopping and great restaurants to enjoy. We felt safe the entire time. Large parking lot area as well.

Great place!

We absolutely loved the condo! Its located in an area close to a variety of restaurants and shops. The access to the beach and pool are exactly as described, just steps away. Just sitting on the patio is enough with such a great view. I can say the condo was larger than we thought it would be so another pleasant surprise. If I had to give any criticism or ,if you will, a suggestion, it would be to have housekeeping to wash the shower curtain in the hallway bathroom or maybe just replace it. Other than that the entire place was perfect. I also want to say that Randall impressed me with how quick he was to respond to any questions we had. We had an awesome time and we WILL be back! Last minute note: another reviewer mentioned how impressive the water pressure in the shower was and they were NOT lying but should also mention the hot water heater is on point because that hot water never ran out. lol

End of summer getaway

We loved the property. Spacious, clean. Ground floor was so much better than waiting on elevators. The only negative- and it’s really not a big deal is the guest shower could use a door instead of a curtain. That water pressure was something! No sand left anywhere on my body. 😂 I will definitely choose this specific room in the future!

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful stay! We absolutely love being on the ground floor and 65 steps to the sand. It is very convenient for having little ones! The unit is a little dated but we are not picky. Randall was easy to get a hold of when we had a question! Looking into booking at this location again next year.

We love staying at this location. 1st floor was amazing and Randall was great to work with. Only thing missing from property is an area rug in living area. Would have helped with having tracked in so much sand, but nothing we couldn’t look past.
