This unit is perfectly located on the 7th floor where you can park just steps from the unit's front door!!!

Relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, recently redecorated and refreshed three bedroom, four bath condo. No expense was spared when decorating this condo. In the living room, watch movies and sports on the new 77” OLED SMART TV with sound bar, or listen to any of the 70 Sirius XM channels included. The Primary bedroom has a 65'' SMART TV. There is a 55'' SMART TV in the 2nd bedroom and a 50” SMART TV in the 3rd bedroom.

This well-maintained unit has a fully stocked kitchen as well as lots of thoughtful conveniences. There are USB ports in the nightstands in the primary bedroom. There are USB towers in other spots to ensure all your devices stay charged.

Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The beach facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath-taking views. Updated stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen and all bathrooms, a wet-bar and icemaker are just a few of the high-end touches. The large balcony with great Polywood furniture has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.

The condo's primary bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queens, and the 3rd bedroom has a king bed. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living area providing sleeping accommodations for 10.

The Oasis just received the "Best of Baldwin" Award for Condominium Resort for the second year in a row! Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad as well as the new, shaded toddler play area. The grill area has been updated to a large, covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and bar. There is a well-stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.

The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis courts and a putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.

For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival; they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at The Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes. The front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay, but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

This condo is Amazing!! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends. It has everything you need and is so spacious. A short walk out to the beach is great. The kids loved the pool, splash pad, lazy river, and slide. My husband said this was gonna be our go-to place every year!

We loved it!

This was our first trip to Orange Beach and I have to admit, I was a little skeptical. We usually go to Panama City Beach or Destin, when we aren't going on a cruise, but Orange Beach surpassed my expectations. Over a decade of summer beach trips and condos and I honestly have to say that This condo is my favorite condo to date. Everything from the close to your Condo indoor parking, and the Condo itself. Unless you just have monster truck. The parking garage is lifted truck friendly. I drive a King Ranch F150 with a 6inch lift on 35s and had no issues parking in the garage. If you're reading this review, then you've seen the beautiful pictures of the condo. Imo, the pictures don't do it justice as we all thought it was even nicer in person. Which is rarely the case from my own experiences. If I need a 3 bedroom on my next visit, I will 100% be trying to book this condo again!

Beautiful Condo!

Condo was as nice as the pics reflect! Great floor location (7th) because there are 32 stories and even though there are 6 elevators, wait time was a little crazy sometimes. Parking was nice considering you can park at your level of the condo location, but $60 per car is quite steep. A couple of negatives I have (about the actual unit/bldg) is the exterior hallway noise is amplified in the building due to large open space. We could hear the people above us moving chairs and dragging stuff across the floor, at all hours. Outdoor balconies are really close to each other so there is no real privacy when sitting out there. One other issue, which doesn’t have anything to do with the unit, was Billy, the head “Barney Fife.” My sister and her family live in Foley and came to visit for the afternoon. She also had to pay $60 for parking even though her stay was under 5 hours. I went to the HOA desk, in attempt to get her a refund. The woman at the desk, immediately, called for Billy to come assist me and he was the BIGGEST, CONDESCENDING JERK from the moment he pulled up in his golf cart. Extremely rude! I would WELCOME the chance to speak w anyone from the management company or the group that actually has him on staff. After speaking to the 2 security guards at the 21 and over pool, I am not the only person who has had negative encounters w this blockhead (putting it nicely).

Unit was larger than expected, great proximity to pretty much anything you could think of, super easy check in and check out process. Will definitely be booking this unit again for future vacations.

The condo itself was really nice. Clean and spacious. The hotel itself was rather dirty. Especially the hot tub. The water was brown and smelled and lukewarm. I understand it was spring break though so they were super busy.

Condo needs deep cleaning and updating property.

Terrible towels rough smelled bad. Looked very overused. Furniture old and dirty. Rugs dirty. Need all white rugs kitchen bathrooms. Paint is dreary and furniture comforters upolostery very used and dirty. Appliances dirty all glass ware and glass shelving in bar area dusty sticky and simply unclean from previous guests. Showers very outdated awful floral shower curtains. This property needs to completely remodeled and new everything.

The Condo was Beautiful the first day there but things went downhill after that.

The condo was beautiful the first day there, then we had a knock on the door telling us that the condo two floors above us had a leak and the water was leaking into the ceiling of our condo. They bought in 4 large fans and 2 others that were huge. They wanted us to run them all day and night. We had to yell at each other when we spoke. We turned them off at night otherwise we could not sleep. I called Vrbo to see if they could move us some where else but they had nothing available. They said we could leave the next day and they would give us a refund for the remaining days or else we could have a $500.00 credit if we stayed. We had no where else to go so we stayed. On the fourth day they were finally able to remove the fans. We realize that this was not the fault of Vrbo but it sure put a damper on our vacation.

Great Time

We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed the condo more than we could ever had expected. There was so much room for everyone that we never felt like we were in the way of someone else. The unit had ample towels, bedding and more than enough kitchen dishes, appliances and room to make meals. The view was mesmerizing and the complex was filled with friendly and courteous staff. Julia was easy to reach, checked how our stay was going and remedied a couple minor inconveniences before the end of our vacation. Looking forward to our next stay in this unit.
