Our establishment has a delightful walk in shower, fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy balcony to enjoy your coffee in the morning.

Perfectly located, Piata Unirii is 10 minutes away, walking distance and shops, caffes and restaurants are just a few meters away.



The Space:

Designer flat with private bedroom and open space living room with fully equipped kitchen that has everything you could desire to prepare your meals from cutlery, plates, pan and pots to full appliances like gas hob, oven, electric kettle and of course, a coffee machine. Sofa bed can be easily converted into a double bed so our apartment can easily accommodate up to 4 guests. Our apartment has underfloor heating and A/C unit to cool those summer days.

Traveling by car ? No worries, we have our own private indoor parking spot keeping your car close to you all the time and safe from heat or bad weather at any time.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm !



The Neighborhood:

Our amazing apartment is perfectly located in one of the largest emerging areas of our City. You can find nearby everything that you could wish for, starting your day with delicious cafes , amazing restaurants, places to enjoy shopping as well as an extremely generous supermarket.



Getting Around:

Public transport like trams can be easily reached , around 200 meters away while the location of the property offers easy access throughout the whole city.



Other Things to Note:

- The flat capacity is for 4 people, no additional guests allowed.



- Government ID will be collected through a check in from before arrival for security reasons



- Finally, please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters, TV , oven ) when you leave the apartment!
