"Beautiful view from spacious apartment and balcony. Dishwasher didn’t work and was loaded either dirty dishes from previous tenants. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable, my husband spent the last night on the coach instead. Nice apartment building with reception. Perfect location."

"Amazing stay! Friendly staff, nice and big room! Got an approved request with high floor and away from elevator. Such a taseteful breakfast and all staff on ground floor were super nice! Helpful with everything from check-in, concierge-services, baggage storage, breakfast staff, check-out. Will def come back for the next stay in Toronto!"

"The hotel feels almost brand new and is maintained to a very high standard. The rooms and common areas are modern, stylish, and comfortable, creating a premium experience throughout the stay. One of the standout features is the fantastic à la carte breakfast. The quality of the food is excellent, with a great selection of freshly prepared dishes that make for a perfect start to the day. It is definitely a step above the typical hotel breakfast buffet. The location is also very convenient. It costs approximately CAD 15 by Uber to reach the Harbourfront area, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions. In addition, Yorkville's excellent restaurants, cafés, and shopping are all within easy reach, which is a major advantage for both leisure and business travelers. Valet parking is efficient and hassle-free, adding to the overall convenience of the stay. The only notable downside is the price, as this is undoubtedly an expensive hotel. However, the high standard of accommodation, service, and amenities helps justify the cost. Overall, this is an excellent hotel that offers a comfortable and upscale experience in a great location. While it comes at a premium price, the quality of the facilities, outstanding breakfast, and convenient access to the city make it well worth considering."

"A decent hotel, with friendly staff, and a great location! The room was great; with a super bed and a decent pull out bed for the kids. Would've liked a couple of more Nespresso shots, but no real complaints. The pool is significantly smaller than it appears, and it was swimming lessons more or less every day. 1 meter deep across, and two chairs and a sofa to sit on. The big minus was the showers and changing rooms bynthe pool/gym; it had a distinct smell of urine, and there where a bunch of flies in the showers. Don't book this for the pool, basically. Great breakfast, but: even though you buy included breakfast, you recieve a credit. For the four of us, we received 120 CAD/day, however; drip coffee is 7 CAD, a smoothie 12, and pancakes 25 CAD. You'll run though the credits fast. And then it's the whole tipping part of it, which I don't understand as a European. Hard to beat location, next to ROM and the metro just outside the door. Would recommend, and I hope the hotel give the pool/showers some well deserved attention."
