«Beautiful rooms and outstanding views. Lack of onsite staff hampers the stay however. Virtual checkin and concierge, results in no flexibility for luggage forwarding services or other services. It was super foggy and windy the first night but luckily it cleared up so we could enjoy it. Our only complaint were the beds being as hard as the floor but thankfully there were futon pads available so we put those on the beds and slept fine.

«We loved our stay! The room was quiet and comfortable. We loved the public baths and breakfast (we didn't have dinner with our room). The staff was very welcoming. There's also a shuttle from the hotel down to the bus stop in Motohakone or it's an easy 15 min walk. »

«Great staff, nice view, clean room and nice onsen»

«Super beautiful place, service was excellent, the room was superb, the meals was great. They mostly used local food and grilled them infront of us. A perfect place to relax after a long week in Tokyo. A bit on the higher end, but i would definitely say it was worth it! »

«Great food services!!»
