«Amazing»

«The staff was incredibly nice and the incl. buffet breakfast and omakase dinner was excellent. The in room private onsen was very nice with views of Mt. Fuji. The nightly drum show was a nice touch. 10/10 recommend!»

«Everything was amazing, the room was clean, they provided you with the option to select the BBQ dinner which was delicious! They do have drink options at an extra cost. But would recommend to stop at a convenience store to get snacks and extra things to keep in the room. But overall the view amazing, the fire pit so peaceful. Such a nice little getaway! Would highly recommend! The staff honestly was top notch!»

«I saw someone share photos of this Onsen on instagram and had to see if they had rooms available. I’m so glad I did! The property is stunning, the staff are incredibly warm and kind, and the food was exceptional. I got a room with a balcony over the fish pond and a private bath and I enjoyed every second of my stay. I will absolutely come back the next time I am in Japan. The trip from Tokyo was about an hour by train, and the Onsen has shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off when you ...

«The room was great. Bathtubs were clean and wonderful. The breakfast was amazing. The spa should be booked in advance.»

«If you’re ever in Kofu, this is the place to stay! Just a short 10 min walk from Kofu Station. Room was large and spacious, super clean. Seemed very new and modern with a nice touch of Japanese style living room. Beds were very comfortable. A/c worked great! Service was amazing, they helped us with our luggage and had it ready in our room when we checked in. Check-in was simple on an iPad (no receptionists). Can definitely reccomend! »
