«We loved the place except the tradies working below started making noise around 7am and went through until 4pm could not stay at the property threw the day too long as too much noise. Which was disappointing as it it a fantastic place.»

«Check in was easy as was check out. Very friendly staff. Room was well maintained albeit old. Bed was very comfortable. Meals aren’t available at the motel but there are a heap of good eateries nearby, around a two minute walk. Great place to rest up after a long drive from Tenterfield.»

«Good stay Club adjacent provider good meals»

«A great place to stay. The proprietor was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The location is brilliant too. Close to everything, but just far enough away to be 'quiet'. Will definitely return to Bella Villa!»

«Noe oppusset og rent, men noe nedslitt og skittent. Bra seng. Kun 1 håndhåndkle og 1 dorull som gikk tom. Flaks vi hadde med 1 ekstra i koffert. Variabelt med varmt vann i dusjen. Vifte på badet koblet til lyset bråket noe helt forferdelig. Kunne vært lys over speilet på badet. Hårføneren var utrolig støvete og møkkete. Manglet opptrekker. Vil nok velge et annet sted neste gang. »

«I stay here because the location to regional and local buses is convenient, and the lake view is beautiful. Bistro and bar below is handy. Biggest complaint is the housekeeping staff was knocking on the door at 8:45 to 9:30 every morning, too early since I didn’t need to leave until 10:00am each day. I tried to get out of the room to avoid that. Floor was never vacuumed and coffee cups weren’t cleaned or replaced until I asked. Shower temperature runs hot and cold while you’re in there. «The room was comfortable. the only issues were our window didn’t close all the way so the sounds outside from other guests were a bit louder & noisier and we found an empty beer bottle kicked under the bed along with tissues from the previous guests that wasn’t cleaned up . Other than that the staff were kind and helpful , the pool was nice too.»

«Check in process was efficient. Bathroom had bad smell, and there was no hand soap and only tiny shower soap available.»

«Super liten hytte med utrolig utsikt over innsjøen. Gode senger. Mange fastboende camping turister, både med hytter og vogner. Kjempefint svømmebasseng og lekepark. Stedet ligger litt avsides når det gjelder shopping og byliv. Man må ha bil. Super service i resepsjonen »

«We came to late for the check in time without telling them. They left the key out for us so that we could use our cabin anyway. Nice and equipped cabin. »

«This hotel feels fresh and modern after its recent updates, and the staff truly make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spotless with beautiful new fixtures, and the team goes out of their way to help with recommendations and local requests, making our stay smooth and stress-free»

«Overall»

«Fantastic house in a fantastic location. Well maintained, clean and tidy, tastefully decorated. Full kitchen with modern appliances. Spotless bathrooms. Bed was so comfortable - I slept like a baby. Close to amazing village cafes and beach. Super impressed with the pre-check in communication, easy check in and check out.»
