«Absolutely loved this place! Book it you will be glad you did! Love the history behind the Choo Choo hotel. The art deco theme room was like stepping back into another time. Enjoyed some time by the pool, and stopped in the restaurant for a to go dessert. Within walking distance to a bunch of great places to eat! Wish I could’ve stayed longer. »

«This hotel is stunning. I rented the room for my daughter's prom night so she was in walking distance to her venue. I ended up booking a second room while staying here. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful. The rooms are spotless, bathrooms are great, beds are comfortable. »

«Beautiful hotel however an alarm went off at 230am causing all guests to evacuate and not 1 employee addressed us or directed us to any further instructions. Was not very pleased with that as I was awake for the night.»

The staff member who checked us in appeared to be new and needed to get approval to allow us to check in about 30 minutes early, and they weren’t able to answer some basic parking questions. That said, everyone we encountered at the morning breakfast was terrific—very friendly and attentive, which made for a great start to the day. The room was fairly clean and comfortable. «Great location, parking was very close by and convenient. I get the price being a little higher than normal because of the location. One working elevator was a bit of a hang up then my room wasn’t cleaned after my first night so I don’t know what went wrong there. I checked out the next day so there was no need to make a big deal about it in my opinion but it may not be the case with the next person.»

«It is right in the middle of downtown. There are plenty of things to do! The room stayed cool when we used ac and it stayed warm at night when we used the heat. The staff there are absolutely amazing! Especially Jordan! »

«Hotel was clean and very pet friendly. As soon as you enter, you'll see water bowls for your pup and out back there is a fenced in dog park area. It is a large.space for your dog to run and play. That was awesome to see!! We only stayed one night on our way through Chatanooga. Hotel bed was comfortable, which was great after our last hotel that had extremely uncomfortable beds and pillows (a different hotel chain, not this hotel or brand) We didnt go down for breakfast, the hotel was clean.
