Was originally paid through hotels.com - Ive never experienced this at a hotel before. Took forever to serve breakfast as well. That said the hotel was clean and in good standards»

«The views from this place are stunning! Great view of the lake on both sides of the island, as well as a great view of the volcano (we came during rainy season so it was mostly covered by clouds). The food selection is a bit limited and not the best we had on trip, but still good! The best part about this stay was their massage service, I didn’t catch her name but WOW she did an amazing job and it was only $35 USD for an hour of the best massage I’ve ever gotten. The local cat Coco who sleeps ...

«This place is so beautiful and peaceful! The view of the volcano is amazing! You can sit under the stars at night in a comfortable hammock and feel the breeze come from the volcano! Highly recommended place to stay the bed is really comfortable as well! »

«The entire property was clean but unfortunately the pool was very slippery that I almost fell when entering. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We needed to do laundry and they allowed us to use their laundry facility. The view from the hotel was beautiful and breathtaking. The breakfast was very delicious everyday. Don Gonzalo was very kind and helpful.»
