King senger i den f���������rste 2 soverom og en konge og 2 Twins i tredje. Vaskemaskin / t��rketrommel, tre peis, flatskjerm-TV (uten kabel), men det er noen TV-tilgang, DVD, CD-spiller. Fullt utstyrt kjøkken med oppvaskmaskin. Grill ute på dekk og nyte strandomr��det som er en kombinasjon av stein og sand. I Omena, nyte smaker på en lokal ving���������������rd, besøke lokale kunstgallerier eller stein samle p�� bukta. Dette er bare noen av de spennende tingene du kan gjøre i dette omr����������det. Veldig privat omr��de. Tour de Leelanau vinprodusenter! Ligger mellom Northport og Suttons Bay. 30 minutter til Traverse City.

The location was great. Beautiful beach and quiet area. My only complaints were the condition of the home. It is a very dated. We couldn't even get a light to turn on in the kitchen. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing getaway!

This was an excellent rental for our large family! The beach and lake were stunning, the house was spacious and clean, and the communication was great! There are a couple condition issues, but nothing that takes away from the enjoyment. We would absolutely stay here again! I do wish that the screens on the windows were all in place, and that the balcony door wasn't screwed shut, as it got REALLY HOT for the kids upstairs without air conditioning and the ability to open windows. Overall, this was the perfect vacation for us!!

Great location, property could use some attention.

The location is great, the beach is excellent. We barely saw another person on the beach. It was like we had the entire stretch of beach to ourself. If there was some attention to the home to clean up a few things it would simply be a great place. Better beds, a better couch, a nice spot to clean off sandy feet. All simple upgrades that would make me want to come back. Unfortunately we will look elsewhere for next years trip.

fun family getaway

The house was perfect for us. The cabin does need some TLC, (light bulbs replaced, batteries in the remote) but overall, it was a great experience. The water heater was somehow shut off when we got there and trash was overflowing, but the staff quickly came and solved both issues. Beds were clean and surprisingly comfortable. The location is great, the sandy beach was a bonus, and the kids enjoyed the water. Smores were made around the bonfire pit, and the next day when it was raining, smores were made inside at the fireplace. We will definitely come back and recommend this cabin.

Beautiful Location

This rental is in a great location, on the beach which provides the ability to catch the sunrise from the deck. Northport, Sutton's Bay, Glen Arbor, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leland (Fish Town) , the entire Leelanau Peninsula were within close proximity. The house provided everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the linen was nice, the towels were plentiful. My only suggestions are a new remote contol for the tv, a new tash can for the kitchen (the current one has a bad odor despite cleaning) and a new couch for the living room. Overall, the rental was very nice and I would highly recommend. TTownTown)

Location and beach access are both amazing… Privacy is amazing - beds are comfortable The house it’s self needs some updates! We stayed here last year and the toilet had the same leak as it did a year ago. Wallpaper’s peeling, furniture is old and musty smelling, the stove works, but definitely takes a little longer to cook things. You get what you pay for. Not bad … just not great!

Excellent Location...house needs work.

First...the view/location is awesome! The beach and water are beautiful and talk about a great place to watch the sunrise! The only issue with this rental is the house. It needs some deep cleaning and some repairs. There is a musty smell in the house that is very strong and does not go away. Some chairs need to be replaced on deck, some minor repairs around the house, etc... Again, beautiful view, the property just needs a deep cleaning and a few minor repairs/replacments.

The toaster needs to be replaced but we were happy with all the other appliances they worked well.The bathrooms wallpaper is peeling off the walls. The furniture is old and dated. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will start with We have stayed here before, and prepared. The house is dated! This does not bother our family, it about being together, however the beds are in need of being replaced. They are hard, lumpy, and just not comfortable. The water quality isn’t the best, fine for making coffee or cooking but it smells like rotten eggs so 2 cases of water got our family of 5 through the week. When we arrived either the cleaning person or the previous renters had the thermostat set at cool and 71...this rental DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING! The house was missing many screens which would help to circulate airflow. Again, this wasn’t our first time staying in this house and we knew it was more rustic than modern and still very much enjoyed our family time. One more item that renters should know is that the water/ swim area is VERY rocky and water shoes/sandals are a must!

This one is all about the beach!

The house is situated north of most of the tourist chaos and is tucked away in a stretch of woods off Rt. 22. There is no internet which I didn’t miss but the younger crowd had to make due using cell phones as hot spots. There is no AC which only affected us a day or two when temps got close to 90°. However. This place is all about the beach and the beach is fabulous! We spent most of our time down by the water! The front deck is large and one evening we had about 20 family members over for a cookout and everyone had a place to sit and eat. We loved our stay and the week went by much too fast!!

By the way, did you know the DVD was actually and old VCR player so we couldn't even watch the dvds we brought. And the toaster is the old one I complained about last year. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful experience working with the rental company, they are super helpful and accommodating.Property was a little challenging to find but we were prepared do to the details shared by rental company. The home is tucked into the woods and has a private secluded feel even though the neighbors are fairly close and it’s only 5 minutes the Leelaunau cellars tasting room! The home it self was spotless inside very well cleaned and kept , the home does have a moldy smell so I would take caution if traveling with anyone with respiratory sensitivity.Overall it’s a very reasonably priced rental with an AMAZING beach! It was a great stay for me and my family.

Peaceful retreat

The house was a perfect getaway. It's a super quiet and peaceful area. My favorite part was having my coffee on the beach every morning. The house itself is a little outdated but everything is fully functional. There's enough space for everyone to stay comfortably and not be on top of each other. We were able to be secluded in a bedroom if needed and all hangout together in the livong spaces when we wanted to. I especially loved the locking gate on the deck stairs so we could hangout on the deck with my 10 month old and she could safely crawl around and play while the adults chatted. The beach is perfect for swimming or wading, nice and calm and shallow, although it was too cold to swim while we were there. I'm glad we stayed when it was a little cooler, as the people upstairs said it did get hot without any air conditioning but we were able to get a nice breeze by opening all of the windows. I would recommend this location and we will be likely staying again.
