«We were a happily surprised by our stay as the property is much better in person than in the photos. The owner, Stavros, is an incredible host and takes great pride in providing the best experience possible in every way. The common space is a huge, shaded patio with gorgeous plants and comfortable seating overlooking the charming port town. «Lara hotell har god atmosfære og et hyggelig personale. Det ligger ganske nær stranden (ca 3 min gange ned en bakke), men er likevel litt tilbaketrukket og rolig. Rett over veien ligger restauranten "Trifilli" som serverer utmerket mat. Det var rent og pent over alt, også i svømmebassenget. Jeg satte mest pris på personalet som både var behjelpelig om det var noe, og som en gjerne kunne slå av en prat med ved frokostbordet eller i baren. Det er et familiedrevet hotell og vi kunne gjerne se 3 ...

«Property was great with great pool and breathtaking view. From the pool you can see Zante. However the air-conditioning needs a check. The unit in the kitchen was not blowing cold air at all and the bedroom one wasn't great either. Therefore a bit of a warm night. »

«Een parel in Vathy. Vanuit het hotel heb je mooi uitzicht over de baai. Het is heerlijk stil en de kamer heeft een lekker bed, prima badkamer en gelukkig geen saaie ‘trendy’ hotellook. Het ontbijt met veel verse & huisgemaakte producten, en de koffie zijn heerlijk. De eigenaresse is erg lief en gastvrij; we hadden een heerlijke tijd hier en komen zeker nog eens terug. »

«We loved our stay at Penelope Villas, the villa was very well kept, spacious, modern, well equipped and in a great location. With just 4 villas it was quiet, but literally a 5 minute drive from Sami main promenade with a great selection of restaurants and shops. The only issue was the air con wasn’t working properly but the owners were very quick to get it fixed.
