We stayed in a two-bedroom suite for three nights with our three children.
Cons:
• In need of some small updates and repairs. Living room window wasn't properly sealed and let in both cold air and ants (crawling on the sill and vent). The couch had stained cushions, and the curtains had staining and rips. We noticed this in some other areas of the hotel as well. In the breakfast area, the cushions were heavily flaking/peeling. Pool chairs also had rips. There was also a hole/leak above the pool, and because it was raining while we were in there, it was dripping directly into the pool.
Pros:
• Staff was great! Every interaction was pleasant. I had to talk to the front desk attendant twice during our stay, and she was incredibly kind and helpful.
• Breakfast was bacon, eggs, waffles, frittatas, bagels, oatmeal, juices, coffee, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. Plenty to choose from, and the whole breakfast area was well stocked and CLEAN.
• Room - Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Each room had its own thermostat, which was great! Despite the aforementioned updates/repairs needed, the room was very clean. Housekeeping staff did a wonderful job with it.
• Pool - this was the first trip in a long time that my kids wanted to go to the pool every day, and it was because it was so warm, like swimming in a bath. Pool area was very clean.
Would recommend for families staying in the Omaha area (we went to the zoo and children's museum - both just a short drive away).
