We have a beautiful spacious home with 4 bedrooms, and a big den with bunk beds that sleeps 5, 3 baths, Garage, Pool with diving board, pool table, ping pong, board games, full basketball court, tennis court, sand volleyball, playground and walking trail right in the back yard! TV's in every room with cable and all the extras! This home is complete with everything you need for a perfect home away from home!

Main floor
+Office/Bedroom 1 Queen bed with TV and includes a Desk for a work space. Sleeps 2
+Big Living room with gas fireplace, big TV, laundry room, dinning room and kitchen. Big sectional couch: Sleeps 1
+Master Bedroom, Bedroom 2: King sized bed, Big master bath with tub, shower and a heated Bidet! Your life will never be the same! : Sleeps 2
+Main floor shared full bathroom
+Bedroom 3: King size bed and big TV. Sleeps 2

Downstairs:
+Small bar/fridge/sink
+Play room with Gas Fireplace, ping pong table, pool table, game console, Couch, Big TV and two bunk beds that are Full size on the bottom and Twin on top. sleeps 5-7
+Downstairs full size bathroom with tub/shower.
+Bedroom 4 King size bed with TV and closet. Sleeps 2
+Patio door out to Pool, with diving board, hot tub (****hot tub and pool will not be available till after Memorial Day, and until Labor Day depending on weather)
+Grill and outdoor sitting area.

Guest access
You have access to the whole home and yard, including the basketball court, sand vollyball court, tennis court, and full playground located directly behind the fenced-in backyard with a private access gate. The owners closet and garage are locked and unusable, but you won't notice. Loud parties are not allowed, and gatherings must remain under the 15-person occupancy limit. There is a noise ordinance in effect during the day and there are quiet hours after 10 pm.
