The property was easy enough to get to and in the popular Village Point which has an abundance of dining and shopping options. However, a person could easily never leave the hotel if they were an introvert bc breakfast is served daily at no additional cost, yes it’s limited but they’re not a restaurant.
Customer service is a key component in this industry and most of the staff handles this quite well but one in particular is going to be their downfall…Stacy, who works the front desk and is rude, judgmental, unfriendly, and boasts a really bad attitude! She treated me like I was dumb by repeating things when I asked a question and no it was not responding with the answer, it was to a question I had already asked before. Zero people skills or knowledge of the meaning of customer service! Oh and my encounter with her previously wasn’t any different so she wasn’t just having a bad day! If you’re lucky you will get Heather for your check-in, she does an amazing job at customer service! Grayson manages the property and will also do what he can to make your stay an amazing one!
