Oh where to start. For one the "waterpark" is extremely tiny and is not monitored what so ever. The hotel gives you 4 rather than the 6 wrist bands now for your stay and anything over that is $25.00. Which is fine and all, heres my issue. If your going to charge people that price sneaking a bunch of people in on the side probably isnt advisable. Did i mention it was an employee letting all his buddies in on the side? The pool was past capacity and my daughter whom we drove 2 hours to stay there and celebrate her bday was kicked, hit, stepped on etc multiple times, she was ready to leave w. in the first hour. The pool is not monitored so the 100+ kids there id say about 60% of them did not have on wristbands. If your gonna charge people for them is there a reason you dont monitor it?!?! NOt to mention the waterslide is not monitored kids were flying down by the multiples going right after the other etc. Its going to be a matter of time before someone is seriously injured. The arcade is disgusting, not cleaned, or sanitized trash all over the floor. It also does not take quarters just dollar bills. The restaurant attached served us our well done burgers still alive. The restaurant is also not cleaned, the elevators not cleaned, our room def not cleaned. So much so im letting our luggage sit outside for a week before bringing it in. Went to go the advertised free buffet for my daughter in the morning, again shes 9 and was told that the way the website is wrong.
