The staff you have working the front desk are exemplary employees. They are the absolute definition of of "customer service"!
However, I do wish we would have been told at check in that the bedding and towels would only be replaced or changed every other day, unless requested by the customer. Sadly, upon arrival, the bedding did not appear "clean"...there were some stains on one pillow case and what appeared to be a make up stain on the comforter cover. But we were in a rush to attend a wedding and assumed clean sheets would be on their way the following day. When we arrived back to the room the following evening, we ended up having to go to the lobby to get fresh towels and were told our room would not be "made up" as it was scheduled for the following day....that would be the day we were leaving. So, no "clean" linens or towels except for our arrival day...with the exception of those we obtained ourselves from the front desk.
I still love staying at Hampton Inn, but I feel this was a little slip in service. Please, notify the customers at check in about the policy for every other day. It would save a lot of disappointment.
