The staff you have working the front desk are exemplary employees. They are the absolute definition of of "customer service"! However, I do wish we would have been told at check in that the bedding and towels would only be replaced or changed every other day, unless requested by the customer. Sadly, upon arrival, the bedding did not appear "clean"...there were some stains on one pillow case and what appeared to be a make up stain on the comforter cover. But we were in a rush to attend a wedding and assumed clean sheets would be on their way the following day. When we arrived back to the room the following evening, we ended up having to go to the lobby to get fresh towels and were told our room would not be "made up" as it was scheduled for the following day....that would be the day we were leaving. So, no "clean" linens or towels except for our arrival day...with the exception of those we obtained ourselves from the front desk. I still love staying at Hampton Inn, but I feel this was a little slip in service. Please, notify the customers at check in about the policy for every other day. It would save a lot of disappointment.

Property was good area. Staff was ok, could use some improvement. Room was clean, might want to do some work on ceiling in bathroom would be my only issue. Very good and clean overall. Would probably stay again for price point. Close to lot of restaurants and shopping areas.

Great place. Close to many restaurants. Breakfast left something to be desired but very few hotels have a decent Breakfasts. I would rather have a decent doughnut and a cup of coffee. Room was clean and quiet

From check-in to check out the staff at this property were phenomenal. When we checked in the lady that checked us in gave us suggestions of some kid friendly activities around the area. She was very informative about the amenities at the hotel. The hot breakfast was delicious and they had a very large variety to choose from. The room was clean upon check-in and the smell was refreshing the beds are comfortable everything worked as it should. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the western Omaha area.

The staff is very friendly and willing to work to make you happy. The breakfast was over and above expectations in a clean comfortable environment to sit and eat. The pool area is a bit scary with paint on the walls bubbling and hanging. The hot tub was a bit dangerous as it had two parts on the bottom that stuck causing myself and others to trip over while going in and out (weird). My room was comfortable, the ceiling lights in the bathroom were out but the staff attended to it quickly the next morning.
