Loved the large gathering space (living room/kitchen). Lots of places to sit, relax, play games, watch movies. The # of bathrooms was fantastic. The bathroom off the pool deck was much appreciated (for the kids). Pool was well equipped with floats, noodles, balls. Ashley was very kind, always available to help and answer questions.

This is a wonderful property. Well equipped kitchen so you can cook for a large number of people. Outdoor kitchen with a nice grill and plenty of space to relax. Excellent location to get around omaha and everything you need within a couple miles. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home with a fun design. We traveled from Texas for the Slumpbuster and College World Series with multiple families. Plenty at the house to keep the kiddos entertained and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Beautiful landscaping. Home is well maintained and the host is quick to respond with any question you may have. 10/10 recommend this stay.

Great space for a large group! We took nine small children to the Omaha zoo during our stay. They were far more excited to get back to the house and swim in the pool, which I would consider a win! Thanks, Ashley, for being a fabulous host.

This place was perfect for our large family gathering in Omaha. Each of the siblings’ family units had their own comfortable private room with en suite bathrooms. The common areas provided great hangout space and the kitchen (both indoor and outdoor) had all the necessary equipment and utensils for family meals. The house was so nice with enough group activity space that we didn’t actually feel the need to venture out the entire time we stayed there. The pool, table tennis, trampoline, TVs, and basketball net were all highlights of our stay. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. Highly recommend this house for your Omaha vacation.

Ashley was an incredible host! She checked in multiple times throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed, which really made us feel welcome and taken care of. The ranch is beautiful — spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the basketball court was a huge hit with everyone. We’d absolutely stay here again. Beautiful property with everything we could want all in 1 spot. Comfy beds, dream kitchen & the best stocked kitchen I've seen yet! The pool, slide, hot tub, trampoline, ping pong table, bball court & outdoor kitchen kept all ages entertained all week! It was so nice to have beach towels, some toiletries and even spices in the kitchen. There were 8 of us, from age 1 to 40 and we loved it. The house is just across Dodge from Hy-Vee and a mile from Costco. There are 2 master suites, one on each end of the house. Both have spa tubs & one was separated from all the other bedrooms which was nice for a sleeping baby. The laundry room also has a toilet & sink with a door that opens to the outside, right next to the pool. It was convenient to jump out of the water & have a bathroom 2 steps away without the need to drip water through the house. We had plans for several outings, we skipped them all & opted to stay at the house instead. It was the perfect, relaxing get away!

Family from 4 states gathered to celebrate my husband’s 80th birthday. The home is just like you see on the VRBO site. There are a few spots where there is a single step down when transitioning from one area to another. I put some strips of blue painters tape on the floor so none of the older people in the group would fall or trip. We spent a lot of time in the pool/bar area. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. The men grilled hamburgers & brats one night and the other night they fried fish in the bar area. It was nice to have a mini fridge outside so you didn’t have to go into the house with a wet suit to get something drink. The laundry room has a half bath and it’s right off the pool area which is very convenient. The landscaping is beautiful and there was plenty of parking for our vehicles. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook for a crowd. When we had a question Ashley answered our texts right away. We would stay here again.

Amazing Place to stay

We had the baseball team & some parents stay there for a tournament. The house was plenty big. I love that there are also several bathrooms to choose from. We never ran out of hot water. Extra Things we loved: the huge kitchen was easy to move around in with a lot of people. We cooked all meals; the size of the bedrooms; the ice maker outside at the bbq area; the pool slide; the huge driveway for parking.Overall this was an amazing time had by all. We would absolutely stay again. The host was very communicative and worked with our needs. I would heavily recommend: 1. More trash cans or bigger trash cans in the bathrooms.2. Having an air fryer for the home.3. More cookie sheets. There is 1 there but it’s rusty and worn and burned the food when we used it. (Used for Garlic bread, and cookies)

Wonderful Weekend!

We had a wonderful experience at this well equipped home. We had 7 adults and 8 children, and were all very comfortable! Owners were very attentive to our needs. Kids loved the pool and at one point one of my grandsons declared "this is just like a water park!" Adults enjoyed the bar and hot tub. Overall excellent weekend. Would definitely rent again.

Fabulous family/group friendly home!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The entire place was accommodating to our needs inside and out. Bedrooms were very quiet and little to no noise transferred to them from the living spaces. It has very up to date technology which made our group presentations run smoothly.

Beautiful property! Lots of outside areas for entertaining and relaxing.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The open floor plan made it really easy to spend time with our family all in one area. The fire pit by he pool was also a huge hit! Everything was up to date inside and outside. The owners were amazing! They were thoughtful and courteous of their guests! More than once over the weekend our family talked about returning for other occasions!! Such an awesome place! Highly recommended!!

Perfect House for a big group!

12 classmates (1978) met in Omaha for a Girls' Getaway. This home was perfect! We had enough bedrooms to sleep comfortably and the living area and kitchen were ideal for us to hang out to talk and laugh! Great to have 5 bathrooms too! We loved using the in-house sound system to play "our tunes". We could have a large group conversation along with a small group or one on one in various locations ... a lot of catching up. We tried to use the hot tub... but it was pretty cold... and we did not use the bar area but it would be great fun if it was warm. The home is located in a convenient area near restaurants or grocery stores. Ashley and Mitch met us on time and left us alone. They were available via phone call or text if we had a question. Nice couple! Fun home!

Beautiful place with excellent amenities and close to shopping needs.

Ashley and Mitch were great hosts and responded to our every need. The facilities were in good repair, and improvements were in progress. The place is huge, so it's possible to both be together and be alone! The pool and outside bar area got a lot of use! Our family of ten had room to roam, and it made a wonderful place to host our son and daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner - would love to go back...
