I had to pay for outdoor parking. I did not appreciate this. Given other options, I would not stay here again. Water bottles in the room were $5. This is not acceptable. The property is not that great. it is over priced and is engaged in nickle and diming patrons. I will stay somewhere else next time I am passing through Omaha.

Marriott as a brand, I've always had great experiences with. This time around there were gaps in communication, expectations, and inconsistent customer service. Was there on a Fr snd checked out on Sun. The room did not get cleaned, redeeming the breakfast voucher required going to another hotel, the interaction with the staff who told ys about the voucher redemption, raised her voice at me, made me feel as though I inconvenienced her. The manager on Sunday said they would have privided a discount but since I used a third party app, her only recourse was to offer points. For the higher priced stay, the service and offerings were not commensurate. Would prefer a lower cost option, had I known this experience was goibg to happen.

I loved everything about our stay but there was one night we went swimming and had to shower and get ready for an event that was at 8pm and we had to be there by 7:30 and the water was shut off and we couldn’t shower for our event in time but other than that everything was amazing

For an upscale property like the Marriot Courtyard their guest services is a big zero! ... no coffee for guests ... limited food services ... and a big sign "NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOTEL". Well folks, that's all there is - outside food. Their response "... go next door to the Embassy Suites..."

Recommend this Courtyard Marriot as one of best in Omaha area. Close to highway. It is a large convention/meeting center. Was only disappointed that there wer not more walkable dining options. Did not explore enough though. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean but the TV would lose signal every 10 minutes, coffee maker missing parts, loud drip noise in bathroom. The breakfast was subpar and don’t try to make it fancy!

Parking is $10 a night. Breakfast is not included. Set up is confusing. bistro is not open our 1st night on a Friday. No information on hotel or places to eat in the room. The only thing we were disappointed with was parking fee at hotel parking lot. While we understand you need to make profits, I just would have better acceptance of this new additional cost had it stated it on reservation site. Thank you.

We love this hotel. There were two issues during our last stay that were annoying. First, now the hotel charges to park overnight in its 40 acre parking lot. That seems absurd -- this is in La Vista, not downtown Omaha. Second, we paid for breakfast on Sunday morning. When we went downstairs, we were told that the hotel was not serving breakfast that morning, but that we could walk next door to the Embassy Suites and have their breakfast. We did, and everything was fine, but it would have been helpful to know the arrangement ahead of time.

Great rooms, clean, updated, beautiful lobby. The only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars is because - in the middle of nowhere (eg not downtown, not by an airport, not in a super busy part of town) - you have to pay to park $10/night in a big parking lot. We were told that it's because people have started parking there and getting Ubers to a nearby event center. So here's an idea - figure out a way to punish THEM instead of your guests. All that being said, because I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member we didn't have to pay the parking fee - but the principle of that fee drives me bonkers. I will still stay there again.
