There was no fridge or microwave in the room. There was a big gap above our door. Our door didn’t even lock so anyone could’ve just walked into our room.

My stay was awful. Dirt and handprints was all over the blow dryer, in the room, air conditioning was not proper, the smoke detector was missing. The tub did not drain, dirt on the walls. Noisy. I tried to go to the front desk and nobody was there. The attendant in the morning was outside smoking when I went to check out to inform them of my issues and decided to just post here. I have photos of my room. This room was not worth the money. And building not up to code.

The property badly in need of repair. It recently purchased, it should have remained closed until elevators were repaired and the remodel was completed. The bathrooms had tubs that appeared to have been painted and the paint was chipping off. The elevators had signs stating no more than 4 persons with other signs still showing 6 or 5 persons.

The lobby was very nice and front desk staff when I checked in. But there's a restaurant or bar downstairs and there were people standing and talking loud in the parking lot when we arrived by the front door and by the outside pateio area of that place. It was just unnerving/worrisome because I was traveling with my young child, and after 11:30 pm. Ì felt the noise level and party crowd was inappropriate and inconsiderate especially for a Wednesday night. It would have been nice for a mini fridge in the room too to put our water and juice over night while we rested from our drive. Bed, sheets, pillows where hreat quality and so comfortable. I slept amazing as did my daughter. The bathroom would be better with an exhaust fan as the shower steamed it up very quickly for us in the morning getting ready and had to prop open door to clear the mirror before I could finish getting ready while my daughter slept. The closet/hall area had paint repair coverup splotches of a different color which was very noticeable. Bathroom door and doorknobs were kind of junky looking despite the bathroom upgraded look. The bathroom floor mat towel had a stain on it too. To top it off I had to pay a $100 deposit (standard for all guests) on top of my room cost which was already $94 for the night. The front desk notice says it'll take up to 10 days for my deposit to refunded. This seemed excessive all things consconsided. I've stayed in high-end hotels that didn't require a deposit.

The front desk persons that we encountered were very nice. Our room was questionable. The beds were clean. The carpet felt wet. The bathroom was the worst. It looked like feces on the door and wall. There were other stains on the wall... unsure of what they were... could be urine... The others I had no idea. Took a shower and within 5 minutes my feet were under water. That drain is in desperate need of cleaning.

The bathroom was tiny could barely move around, the elevators would take forever and go to the wrong floors, the restaurant menu inside the room was not the same as the actual restaurant, the toilet paper sucked, and the staff was all Indian and hard to understand. Breakfast was mediocre.

This was the worst room ever. Giant, greasy handprints on the headboard, grease on the plastic furniture, toilet loose, goo in the sink drain, dead bugs around the bathroom floorboards. Really gross. We wont be back. Should have demanded our money back and left but needed a bed on a busy weekend.

Terrible experience. The hotel is old and run down. There was water damage all over the ceiling and down the wall. We were sneezing and coughing the whole time. Dusty and dirty. Stains on the floor, sheets, blankets. Holes in the carpet. Staff unhelpful. We booked for 2 nights, but left after one because of the condition. The pool had a 30 person minute, but there were at least 50 people at all times. Would not recommend.

Chipped paint, dusty rooms, crumbs on the floor. No sign as to where the stairs are, starts are dark and unclean. Elevators are slow and can only hold 4 people at a time. There were at least 12 people trying to use the elevator upon our arrival. Will not stay here again.

It was a good area and the complimentary breakfast is nice. However, the water in the shower doesn’t get hot sometimes and the elevator is very slow. They also charge your credit card before your stay despite when you choose the “pay at property” option so be careful which card you put down as the deposit as they’ll charge the entire reservation there before you arrive.

Found hair in my “clean” shower. Our door stuck and had a space at the top when it closed. Felt unsafe and unprivate. Staff at desk wasn’t overly friendly and we kept having to have our keys reset bc they wouldn’t work. BUT THE BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME!!!

Had a very little issues the toilet paper holder was loose and I had to put it back on. There was a small stain on the ceiling near the fire alarm but otherwise it was a good stay the pizza was okay. My stay was really good for the weeks that I was there. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The facility was kept clean and they offered nice amenities such as an indoor pool, laundry, a fitness room and daily breakfast. The only reason I didn’t give it an “excellent” across the board is due to the noise level of guests. Very loud in the halls and children running up and down the floor on multiple occasions. Other than that, I had an excellent stay.

Place was run down and dirty. They were tearing down their tiki bar which was rather noisy. The walls are paper thin and can hear everything from neighboring room. Also only had one operable elevator that could only carry 4 people at a time and we were on the top level and it took forever to get an elevator when we had to leave. We had previously stayed here and had similar problem in addition to our car being hit in the parking lot and the person hit and ran.

I didnt like anything about the property. Very dirty, nasty and unkept. Children running up and the halls throwing ice at each other. Making loud noises all night. I called for extra towels, never got them, had to go downstairs to get them. Bathroom was horrible, the tub had millions of cracks, look like hair. No rubber mat in tub to keep from slipping. Holes in walls in the bedroom. Fridge & cooling system didnt work. The cabinets in the mini kitchen were broken. Unsatisfied customer!!

This place has many opportunities to work on, i was on floor 5 and the elevators are sketchy as all get out but i wasnt gonna walk 5 floors of stairs each time i went downstairs. Only 4 people allowed per elevator and 2 of them were broken. Lots of guests and the1 elevator tht can only hold 4 people at a time is ridiculous with 9 floors of people.and the painted chipping tube was way leds satisfying. I will never come back and have bad recommendations for all who would waste there money here

The room was very comfortable but did not have a fridge or microwave. They are currently doing some upgrades on the elevators. Most of the breakfast was good, peppers and potatoes, scrambled eggs and sausage. Sausage was bland, eggs good and warm, potatoes were okay but were a bit cold. There was no option for waffles, would suggest purchasing one as there is counter space for one.

Normally I'm not one to complain, but this experience really upset me. The first room smelled musty and like there was no air circulating- even after messing with the air controls. I asked for a new room that evening. The next room had clear and visible mold right under a ceiling tile in the shower that wasnt discovered the first night. I ended up wheezing really bad. When i pointed out these concerns at the front desk, they spoke to each other in a different language- which I normally don't care- but is really rude when I'm standing there with a valid safety concern. They offered me a third room. This is a joke considering why I was complaining. An additional note is that there were clear leaks all around the property where the ice machines normally were. Im talking literal water puddles. The elevators were also pretty sketchy in how they smelled and had a weird jumpy delay in movement. I would absolutely NOT recommend staying here.
