Please read * If you plan in staying her because of the price and plan on taking YOUR CHILDREN- please DON’T. My family felt unsafe. Rooms were dirty, pluming was backed up, no electricity in bathroom. Walls cracked and ceilings had water damage. Not to mentioned that rooms only have two towels and everything just looks dirty. There was no breakfast selection. Pool and hot tub were closed and will be closed all 2024! Reception was nice but overall this HOTEL is not it. Please don’t waste your money. We saw many families having issues with dirty rooms and doors not opening. Plus the employees seem to sleep or live there. Please pick somewhere with at least 4 stars might be a bit pricier but better.

It is pretty much an old run down hotel that is ran by two people. They’re doing their best to keep it running but overall it is super old, smells, and the ac unit on the wall didn’t work. Then the breakfast was pretty much a few bagels and the waffles you make yourself. But all the food holding spots were pretty dirty and crusty looking. Overall not the best of hotels. Yeah it is cheap, but that is because it is ghetto

The staff was OK. There were not bathroom products in the bathroom - shampoo, soap, conditioner. Had to track down someone to assist in getting these. Breakfast was advertised to run from 6:30 am-9:30 am. However, by 8:30 am when I arrived for breakfast, there were only 3 mini bagels left - nothing else. Part of choosing a place to stay is the breakfast that is included. The property needs updating. This was very disappointing because a few months ago we stayed at an AmericInn in South Lincoln, Nebraska. It was one of the best experiences we have had at a motel. Therefore, we chose AmericInn again due to our previous experience. We will think carefully in the future about choosing AmericInn as it seems there is not consistent quality.

My key card didn't work when we got there. The manager did come up and gave me his key card to use. There was a black piece of electric tape hanging on the back of my door handle. Called at 2 pm when we got there that the tv didn't work. When I got back to the room at 9:30 pm it still wasn't working. They did bring me up a different tv that worked but they had told me the maintenance guy was gone and then all at once I did have a tv when I asked If i would get money back for the tv not working. The bedding was not the cleanest either. We had a family emergency we had to leave but in all honesty we would not have stayed another night. My sister and her husband had a room right next to me and when we got there there door was blocked open. They closed it when we left for a few hours and came back to their door being blocked open again. And they never did get a working TV. Slept on top of the covers.

This property does not match the photos. It is not clean and is wildly run down. I did not feel safe once I arrived and the room was not good. It was so bad that I did not end up staying at this hotel because of the condition it was in. I had to drive 45 miles away to find another room in the area. I have requested a refund with no response. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, but the appliances were useless. One room had no water in the toilet, and then the other room we were given, the bathtub didnt drain and the key didnt work, even the maintenance guy had trouble opening the door when we came back from dinner

It did not look nothing like the pictures they have hosted on their website. The stopper was clogged in the tub, so you couldn't take a shower. There highways was not will it up. Any one could have been waiting for you in the hallway and you wouldn't be able to see them. It was just unsafe it was just a nasty nasty place to stay at. I will not recommend this for my dog.

For a higher price than other hotels in the area, the hotel was old and worn. The picture showed a nice new room, our room looked 40 years old. The breakfast was next to nothing.

Worst hotel I've ever seen
They tried to charge us $20 for a late check out. We called and asked to check out late. We didn't want to pay $20 (plus they were DEAD so there was no reason for this) so we rushed out and got to the lobby to hand in the key cards at 11:06 am and they sell tried to charge me late checkout. Everything was run down and broken. Cracked bathroom sink. It smelled bad all throughout the place. No ice machine and where the ice machine had been, the drain was clogged and smelled of sranding rancid water. The free breakfast was orange juice, coffee, mini donuts, and stale mini bagels with no cream cheese. Awful place.

Find a different place! We had to be moved 4 different rooms. The place was dirt, fridges didn’t work, toilets were broken, and the pool/hot tub was closed. The front desk guy was high and drinking in the job and really was not much help. On top of all that I was charged $150 for deposit fees which I’m hoping I will be able to get that money back. EXTREMELY disappointed!

The staff that I dealt with was very unprofessional and didn’t seem to care that I booked that location for the pool only to find that it was closed when we got there. No where was it noted that the pool was closed when looking online. The tv kept turning on and off and the volume would go up even though the batteries were out of the remote and the reason they gave for what was happening had to be due to the remote. Also the keys didn’t work even though I tried and tried and the attitude the guy had was very condescending. I will never come back and will tell everyone I know not to book here.

We picked this hotel for the pool/hot tub, got there and sign on desk said closed for winter. It is an indoor pool. No where on website does it say closed. Dry wall, carpet and other areas were ripped out but not covered and kids could play in that area. Still had dirty wash cloths in our room. Would not recommend.

Disappointing.
The lobby was dark, and someone was complaining when we walked in. The room had stains and ripped furniture. And we were awoken by some type of altercation in the hallway at 4:30 am.

At the reception they were very friendly, however the room they gave us did not work the bathroom and the shower. In the bathroom there was hair everywhere. It was a bad experience.

From the outside it looks very nice. I do not know who owns this property. But they need to take a serious look at their employees. I believe there were 4 guys young wild dirty looking guys, They look like they're at a party working. They're a wild party. The first room they took. It took us to was full of cobwebs. The toilet didn't work because there wasn't a part in the toilet. To make it work, the floor was filthy. The walls were filthy. When you walk to the door of the room ceiling, plastic tiles broken in pieces all over half. The doors didn't work with their cards. We were told to use the Back Door to let our dogs out and we could get back in. But the box on the back door was broken. Window 2 pane window one was shot out. I've got the pretty pictures we had to leave that hotel. We did not feel safe at all. It's a shame because it's in a great location and looks great from the outside but very, very unsafe. They said they only had one other customer that week oneGreek of marijuana.

This property is one of the worst property's I have ever stayed at! Absolutely none of the pictures on their site match the property. This property is just disgusting! Their site said they offer pool an hot tub and we got there to find out they are not operational. The light above the door to the room is out and uncovered. The bathtub had a hole in it. The shower head fell apart and we had to put it back together in fear of not getting our deposit back

Read drove over four hours to have a Omaha weekend specifically chose a hotel that had a pool for our kids that were on school break. Nothing was talked about when booking the room there was water in the pool but they said it was off limits. The second night we stayed. I asked the gentleman at the counter why it wasn’t working and he said the top jets in the hot tub are not working and I said really that’s why the whole pool is shut down the window in our room did not shut and let in cold air. You could hear everything outside the workout room wasn’t even a thing there were bugs crawling around on our floor. Breakfast was not good overall not a good stay and again driving 4 1/2 hours to just have a good weekend with our kids was not worth the money.

Don’t stay here, absolutely terrible hotel. Didn’t even disclose the Pool was closed. Would refund my money, when that’s the only reason I picked the place. When I checked in they put me in three different rooms. First one window was cracked and wouldn’t close, second the toilet was sitting with top open and didn’t work, third the shower didn’t work. We just decided to stick it out and stay in that room and left the next day. The staff was amazing that’s the only good thing about the hotel.

There was an issue with the room keys being deactivated everytime I left my room.Five separate times I had to walk down to the front desk to reactivate my keys. The light in the restroom fizzled out end of my first day and never got addressed or changed. The hotel says linens are changed every 2 days. I was there 3 nights and it never got done.

Not bad for what we paid. Pool was closed and room smelt like smoke even though we had a non smoking room. Didnt bother asking to change rooms cuz this seems to be "normal" im sure all the non smoking rooms would have smelt the same way. Not very many breakfast options. Check in guy was nice.
