This one-bedroom, one-bath condominium is an upper floor unit in the Tram Condos. It is nicely furnished and features a wood fireplace in the living room, record player, boot dryer, pull-out couch and a deck to enjoy the mountain views over coffee or whatever you prefer for après. There is a great view of the mountain with a filtered view of the legendary KT22.

The kitchen is nicely updated with great supplies for cooking at “home”. The bedroom has a queen bed, and a smart TV with Roku.

* We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays.
* We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.
* We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
* There is no air conditioning in this rental.
* Firewood or Duralogs are not provided, but can be purchased at most local shops.
* Laundry is shared in the building and coin operated. 1 washer / dryer
* There is a record player in the condo, but no TV in the living room or common area. TV in bedroom only.
* Queen bed in bedroom, sofa folds out into a double, futon style bed, blow up twin bed in bedroom closet.
