The main home boasts an oversized sofa, gas fireplace, and Smart TV in the living room. The full kitchen boasts all of the appliances needed to whip up delicious dishes. Both of the bedrooms come adorned with high-quality linens and sweeping water views. In the guest home, discover a large living room, comfy rooms, and a loft. The living room is an entertainer's dream with its TV, popcorn maker, pool/Ping-Pong table, and well-equipped kitchenette.

Between the two homes, appreciate having access to private washers/dryers, a board game collection, and children's items like a Pack-N-Play.

A truly special component of Summit Lake Getaway is its sprawling outdoor space. Enjoy having access to kayaks, a canoe, a dock, and a firepit. As you glide across the water, relish mountain views. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
