The owner has installed an annoying device that takes everyones picture as you enter the office to check in and says "Hello, Welcome" in such a loud voice you have to yell to be heard. It does this constantly and is so annoying that for that first reason alone I won't stay there again. The owner should care that they are all annoyed when they are trying to check in or out.
Poorly managed. The time of check in is 3 pm and wasn't advertised, so people are showing up a 2 pm and getting turned away. Additionally 3 pm is the staff shift change time, and when people need to drop their keys off to get their rooms cleaned. 3 pm is just chaos.
They collected a 2000 peso security deposit at check in as well as the 1700 peso environmental fee. The security deposit was not in the agreement when I booked the hotel and I had to hike to an ATM in order to get the cash for it.
The internet is bad because it constantly drops out. You can expect it to be down a quarter of every hour.
The water needed to be turned off one day for repairs but they didn't notify until 5 minutes after they had already turned it off!
The restaurant it outdoors near the pool and an overgrown jungle area. The flies and mosquitos constantly attack you and your food there. I won't eat there again.
The kids playground is fenced and covered with danger off limits signs all around it, yet kids we jumping the fence and playing in there and the staff did nothing about it.
Weddings in the rental hall are too noisy
