Flott hotell sentrumsnært
Theresian Hotel er et profesjonelt drevet hotell der man merket at alt er i orden med en gang man ankommer. Det var fint å få VIP-fordelen fra bookingen automatisk på rommet. Frokosten kunne hatt bedre utvalg.

Wonderful hotel in Olomouc!
Wonderful hotel with stylish finish throughout the common areas. Room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom very luxerious. Breakfast a bit underwhelming compared to the rest of the hotel, but it offered most of what you will need for breakfast. Had in-room breakfast one day, and that was great. Great value, and can highly recommend staying there!

Not as wonderful as we remembered
We did not realize we were given a handicapped room due to the price we had paid. Had we known that we definitely would’ve wanted to add a break. There was no trough space, and the shower water splashed all over the floor because there were no shower doors. It was very dangerous to walk after a shower. Also, in order to use the washroom, the hallway light always went on, he went in the middle of the night, the light went on into the bedroom. Most of the staff was very nice, one of the women behind the desk gave us much incorrect information and was not helpful. We almost missed the tram at the train station because of the incorrect information she gave us . The breakfast buffet was very good, however. The air conditioning, adequate, but not understanding.

The only difference is in the bathroom which is adjusted for people with special needs. We discussed the possibility of moving you to another room at the front desk as we had other vacant standard room but you refused moving to another room. Thank you for your feedback regarding the lights in the hallway as well as the staff which is always doing their best in order to provide services or information to our guests.Kind regards,

Die zentrumsnahe Lage erlaubt es fußläufig alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war groß und angenehm geräumig. Das Frühstück war auch unter der Woche, als nicht so viele Gäste dort waren, reichlich und üppig und hat jeden Tag variiert!

Great hotel!
I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and it is always very nice and pleasant. Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and great staff. It’s near a tram. If you want to use public transportation it’s very easy also walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

When I ordered this hotel as gold member, it shows that I can have 2 hours late check out at 12. Hotel staff said it didn’t work that way, I have to check out at 11. It was heavily rain at that date… feeling disappointed that I can’t check out at 12…

Hotel was in close proximity to the clity center. No restaurant or bar available in evenings. Restaurant available only for breakfasts, closed later in the day with no info why. Cleaners walking in to the room wothout knocking or warning.

Stylish and comfortable in excellent location
Beautiful building, with large, modern and very comfortable rooms, which were very intelligently designed. Excellent beds and beddings. The only thing that slightly disappointed was the breakfast buffet, which did not at all live up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel, and lacked "standard" items such as bacon, boiled eggs or even orange juice. But, apart from this, we had a great stay, felt very much "at home" in our room and highly recommend this hotel.

Hezký hotel, romantiku a osobitost ale nečekejte
Hotel má velmi moderní design, ale působí dosti neosobním dojmem, v koupelně není jakýkoliv sprchový kout (voda tak teče po podlaze), vodu v umyvadle si nemůžete sami spustit (pouze přes fotobuňku jako na WC u benzínové stanice). Snídaně plně dostačuje, ale stoly nejsou jakkoliv prostřené, vše včetně ubrousku či příborů si musíte připravit sami. Restaurace je umístěna v suterénu.
