The huge private terrace has an astonishing view over the valley and hill-top villages on the mountains to the west.

The top house has a bedroom for two people and the appartment below the terrace has one double bed and 2 single beds. In addidtion there is a transportable single bed.

The house is only 3 km from Olevano Romano with restaurants and bars - and only 1 hour from Rome.

The space
The property consist of a house with living room and kitchen on ground floor and bedroom for two an bathroom on first floor. From bedroom there is a door to a little terrasse outside.

Outside, there is a big scenic terrasse with a wonderful view. From the terrasse there is a small path down to the appartment below the terrasse. This appartment sleeps 5 people and has a small kitchen and dining area.

Other things to note
Cesanese wine tasting can be arranged with one of the top producers in the area.
