This thoughtfully designed boho, surf-inspired studio (under 300 sq ft) is fully equipped for a comfortable beach stay. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, toaster, 4-burner stove, coffee/tea station, cookware, dishes, utensils, and basic spices—everything you need to prepare a meal. Prefer to dine out? You’re just minutes from local restaurants serving fresh seafood and favorites (don’t miss the poutine!).

Sleep comfortably in a full-size bed with soft linens and plush pillows, and enjoy the added flexibility of a convertible futon for an additional guest. Perfect for couples, small families, or friends looking for a cozy, charming beach getaway. Traveling with a group? Additional units in the building may be available.

Please note the studio is located near train tracks that run through Old Orchard Beach.

Trains do pass periodically, which may be noticeable for light sleepers.

No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the unit or near building entrances.

The studio is on the second floor with exterior stair access only (no elevator).

One parallel parking space is included in the rear of the building. Additional parking is available at Milliken Street Parking Lot, about a 1-minute walk away.
