This amazing two-bedroom beachfront home is exactly what your family has been hoping to find for your next vacation to sunny Maine. Cuddle up on a comfy couch in the living room to enjoy a favorite movie or show on the large flatscreen TV or play some board games with the kids at the dining table. The cookware, counter space, and utensils in the full kitchen will make short work of tonight's family meal, and you can enjoy your creation outside on the balcony as an al-fresco meal while taking in breathtaking views of the Atlantic. Down the hall, a bathroom offers a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, you'll find the main bedroom with a queen-size bed and views of the water and another bedroom with a twin bunk, plus an extra twin. The bedrooms share a second bath with a shower/tub combo. You'll be just steps away from the beach, so be sure to take advantage of the provided beach towels during your stay.

With beach access right behind the home, you'll love spending your summer afternoons playing in the sand and surf of the Atlantic. You'll be within walking distance from a number of fantastic beachside restaurants that include local favorites such as Pirates Patio and Galley, Big Daddy's Bar and Grill, Joseph's By the Sea, and Butcher Burger. And of course, Portland is less than 16 miles north with shopping, dining, entertainment, and historic monuments to check out.

It was very clean and furnished well Great view of the beach and the water. Condo on third floor walk up with 2 bedrooms and one bath on the 4rth floor also with full bath on the main living area which was helpful.Parking very limited with a space in ground area garage for two small cars one behind the other. Does not work if one is SUV or a truck. Otherwise parking on Grand Avenue

The view is the best part

Lots of deferred maintenance. Mold on living room curtains. Not a lot of glassware or coffee cups. Screen door and windows don't function well. Can't give this place high marks. It is overpriced for the size and maintenance issues. Don't plan on crowding six people in here either. There are only beds for five. It was so tight we let the kids stay here and we went to a hotel.....

Nice condo with excellent view and beach access

We really enjoyed the location and beach access. Being a 2 minute walk from the beach made it easy to head back and forth to the beach and let kids make the trip themselves. The included garage parking spot was also very nice. We wish the kitchen was better stocked with dishes and cooking amenities and felt mislead by the uncomfortable broken down porch couch. Still, overall we had a very good time and enjoyed our stay.

Ocean stay

The ocean view was amazing. Place was on the dirty side. Mold on curtains. Carpet stained. Sheets stained. Light bulbs out. Also if you have a bigger vehicle, you won't fit in the garage and no one called back on where to park. Worried our vehicle might get tired while there

Pay attention to the other reviews......

I rated this property a 4 and not lower because of its location. It is front-facing to the ocean, and that is always a gem in my book. Sleeping to the sound of the waves is amazing. The property management (Vacasa) was flawless in their communication and the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning what they were responsible for cleaning. BUT....... this unit is in dire need of some deep cleaning and at a minimum some TLC in painting and in fixing what doesn't work (i.e., windows, toilet tank leaks), etc. Ideally, it needs to be renovated. However, if you and your family are having fun and moving fast enough that you don't care about carpet stains, grimy blinds, and such, then the beach location may outweigh the drawbacks. Can I repeat, the beach location is fantastic?

C’était vraiment sale. Nous avons trouvé une motte de cheveux dans le bain. Il y avait du sable autour des fenêtres, à l’intérieur de la maison. Le sofa à l’extérieur était vraiment sale et nous n’avons pas osé nous y assoir. Il y avait plusieurs couvertures par terre dans les garde-robes et assez sales. Nous avons communiqué à quelques reprises pour avoir une femme de ménage sans succès. Bref, cet appartement est très mal entretenu et cela mériterait certainement un rabais sur le coût de notre séjour Merci de votre attention Joane Desrosiers Merci de votre attention

Views were great, and the location is walking distance to the pier. The unit needs some TLC and the WIFI was rough. The parking is extremely tight (unit #5), and if you have a pickup truck or large SUV, it makes it even more difficult since it is the last spot next to the stairs, and if the parking lot is full you will have a tough time pulling in/out. I couldn’t fit in the garage and was told by management I would need to use public parking. Not an option for us. Overall, OOB was great, but I would stay elsewhere next time.

Steps from the beach - great location. Be aware that Old Orchard is very sleepy in October - only saw two other restaurants open. Drove to Scarborough for dinner. Garage is tight as others noted - our Subaru Outback fit, but another guest had a large pick-up truck that couldn't fit in the required garage parking. Unit was adequately appointed - plenty of dishes, small appliances, utensils, towels (even beach towels), linens. etc. We would choose to stay here again.

Avoid Vacasa.

I wish I would have paid attention to who managed this property. If I would have noticed it was Vacasa, I would have looked for something else. We have dealt with them before and ALWAYS have problems. Besides that (which is a big problem), the only other issue is the stairs. You have to haul all your luggage, groceries, etc. up many outside stairs. The view was great though and the master bed was comfortable. It's also in a very good location.

Great View!

Fabulous location and perfect for watching those majestic sunrises. Walks along the beach are easy. Having a garage to park our vehicle in was a bonus! The unit itself fit our needs, however there we some challenges with windows that wouldn't close or open, especially the master bedroom window. It looked like it had been unable to close for awhile. Overall a nice experience. Not sure if this would be a place we would use again.

A Week At The Beach

Totally awesome! This was my fifth time visiting Maine and my second time staying in Old Orchard Beach. We were literally on the beach. We could see The Pier from our balcony but we enjoyed the peace and quiet of a private cottage. We were minutes away from downtown and could easily walk to restaurants, shopping, and almost anything else that we needed. But the best part was the ocean. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves; we woke up to the sound of the waves. We were steps from the beach and had perfect weather. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great communication with the property manager who always responded within an hour To answer our questions. For example, the garage door was open upon our arrival and could not be closed. I contacted the property manager and it was fixed two hours later. The only thing missing was a book of instructions that I have found in all of the other places that I have stayed. This is why we needed to contact the property manager several times. Thanks Vacasa and Vrbo!

Hot Hot Hot

We walked into the property it was so hot that we couldn’t stay. We ended up getting a hotel and paying an extra 1600 to stay somewhere else with air conditioning. I should have paid more attention and saw that this property doesn’t have air. Please don’t make the same mistake that we made. It was 93 outside and I know that is very unusual for this time of the year.

Perfect beachfront property

We had an excellent stay. It was 2 adults and our 4 year old child. The listing is very accurate so we knew what to expect (I.e. stairs, indoor garage parking with manual door). It was a nice surprise to see some toys in the kids room! There is no AC but there are fans and lots of windows with screens, we were very comfortable with the temperature. The only recommendation I would make to management / property would be to include more garbage bags (or let guests know to bring their own). There was one in the kitchen can but we filled it up pretty quickly after a road trip with a little kid :)

Ideal Beach Getaway!

This was the perfect spot for our annual Girls Weekend! Close enough to all the action, but far enough that we had the peace and quiet of the ocean! Just steps to the beach, which was ideal! The place itself was clean and had everything we needed. The porch overlooking the ocean is where we spent most of our time! We will be going back for sure!

Best Beach House

We had a fun relaxing stay. Home was clean and updated. Family enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the waves. Quick access to the beach and restaurant’s. Will definitely stay again with my family.

Mother/Daughter Trip

Great location, right on the beach. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great view from main bedroom and back deck. I prefer to communicate through VRBO app and this condo is handled by some third party that wanted you to download their app. I personally found it difficult to communicate via their app and had to leave messages when I called.
