«Location is good. Big bedrooms, but only two sets of towels when four beds and four persons. Vinyl floor is tired and makes the room feel cheap. Dust on the sofa, but the floors were extremely dirty! Blackened our socks and feet. It felt so nasty. We booked another hotel for the next night because it was so unpleasant to stay in such a dirty place. Another couple also complained about the dirry floors. «Quaint little B & B type place and I would stay here again if I travel to St Augustine again. It’s close to everything you want to see! Breakfast was great & my room was great. Only downside is the buildings are old and sound travels loudly when you’re on the second floor of a 3-4 room area of one of the cottages & the guests nearest your room don’t consider the need to close doors gently late in the evening or early in the morning.
