The beach is 950 metres away and can therefore be reached on foot, but those who wish to go there by car can do so as the flat has free parking at 200 metres from the First Beach of Porto Istana; the beach is also suitable for children as it slopes gently, while the main services are to be found in nearby Murta Maria.
