Interior Description

Lazulino Suite features a furnished covered veranda with panoramic sea view over the Gulf of Bados, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing moments, with a lovely seafront gazebo. Inside, there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin with two single beds, simply and functionally furnished, a kitchenette equipped with oven and induction hob, one bathroom with shower, and a guest toilet. The compact yet functional layout makes it ideal for relaxing stays in an authentic setting. To access the house, you must descend a stone staircase with no handrail; the entrance is shared with the neighboring property. The accommodation is surrounded by other apartments and waterfront houses.

Lazulino Suite is located in a residential neighborhood made up of single villas, ideal for a seaside vacation without giving up convenience. The area's beaches, bars, and restaurants are within walking distance. The nearest supermarket is on the main street of the neighborhood, just 4 minutes away; equally close is Costa Sarda Bar-Restaurant with tobacco shop and pharmacy. The nearest bus stop is only 750 meters away (bus line 4, Lo Squalo stop).

• As private residences, they do not follow hotel standards and may have minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
• Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term tourist rentals.

Online Check-in and Contract

• After booking, online check-in is required (uploading documents and selfies for each guest).
• Data is processed in compliance with the GDPR Regulation.
• Signing of a tourist rental agreement is mandatory. The contract will be in Italian; an English courtesy copy will be provided.

Key Collection

Key pickup and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda airport.

Recycling

A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
