Located in the popular seaside resort of Pittulongu, the charming holiday home "Sardegnaot vista mare piscina e spa", which boasts a marvelous view of the sea, belongs to a complex with a large communal pool area. The house, which impresses guests with its close proximity to both the city centre and white sandy beaches, has a living room with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The child-friendly property is also equipped with WLAN (via a 4G key), air conditioning (in every room), satellite TV, a baby cot, a children's bed and a high chair. The complex offers a 250 m² shared pool and a children's pool. The pool area is open from 15/06 - 15/09. Guests have access to a mini whirlpool too. In the insulated terracelike wintergarden (which is like an additional living room), you can enjoy delicious meals with a glass of wine and admire the view of the village of Pittulongu. Prepare delicious fish or tender meat on your grill and experience Italian ambience first hand, while the horizon changes to soft red tones at sunset. Furthermore, the property boasts 2 beautiful gardens in the front and the back. The nearest beach is Spiaggia dello Squalo, equipped with all services such as bar, restaurant, umbrellas, deckchairs and courses and sports equipment. Many other beaches are located from about 550 m as the crow flies and are easily reached on foot. The sandy beach of Spiaggia dello squalo is 750 m away, while a supermarket and some restaurants can be reached in just 4 minutes on foot. The fantastic location of the accommodation makes it easy to discover the entire north-eastern coast of Sardinia, from the nearby Gulf of Orosei to Santa Teresa di Gallura, La Maddalena and the Costa Smeralda.
