The USB ports were weak and plug ins loose by the bed. We had to charge by the desk lamp.

I got checked into a dirty, used room. Had to go back & ask for a new room. Once I checked into that room, I had to double check reviews because I had picked this hotel for having a 9 rating on cleanliness & was disappointed. My shoes were sticking to the dirtiness of the carpet, when I checked the bed for bugs the liner of the bedding had blood stains.. the other bed’s had some kind of coffee stain on it also.I didn’t want to have to go and ask for ANOTHER room so I just dealt with it but I would definitely say the “exceptional”reviews are not as accurate as they should be.

The room was too small and not much space to move around. The bathroom door is a sliding door that cannot be locked. The carpets were very dirty inside the living space.

Our trip was amazing, great hospitality, room was nice and clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was phenomenal. I was not expecting the breakfast to be so good, but it was delicious and a great variety. I will definitely be booking again.

Not so good by Hilton
ROOM 506 smelled of mildew as soons as you walked in the room!!! The cabinet door to the refrigrator was leaning on the side of the desk when I entered so I left it alone so I dont get charged for anything missing. Lucky I was only sleeping here for the night and left 6am next morning. This Hampton inn for me was unacceptable by hilton standards.

Housekeeping needs to pay attention to basic toiletries. The facial tissue box was almost empty when I checked into the room. Also, it would be nice if guests were given free water in the room.

The pool is heated which was amazing!! Although, it looked a little green but my kids didn’t mind. The only major downfall was the breakfast. The juice machine was broken and the juice they sat out had gone bad or something. It was disgusting to say the least. Your options were really only cereal, yogurt, or a waffle. The yogurt and milk aren’t in a fridge, they’re just in a bucket with ice. Some of the wallpaper in our bathroom/room was coming off the wall from what looked like water damage??? Even up to about a foot high. Again, these are just little things. We only stayed one night and the heated pool was the highlight since it was 12 degrees and my kids couldn’t wait to have some fun in the water!

We stayed for FIVE nights...every staff member was more than friendly and courteous. Very professional and accommodating. Wish all Hamptons were run this way and had the excellent staff we encountered. Well done and we will stay here again! : )

The first room we got was not clean. The sheets had not been changed and the walls were dirty throughout the room. The lady on the night shift informed us that because of booking through Expedia that she would not be able to refund us but was able to switch us to another room. We received the new room that was a lot better but at least the sheets looked clean. I'm not sure I would stay here again but appreciated the front desk lady.

From check-in to check-out, both Karlie and Alondra greeted us with smiling, friendly faces. Something most hotels are lacking. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable (even the pillows). The pet area is quiet with actual grass, had a station with clean up bags and a trash can and the grass was devoid of dog feces. This shows me that hotel staff actually clean the area since not all pet owners pick up after their pet. The pet “deposit” is higher than most and is not actually a deposit. You do not get the money back even if your pet does no damage to the room. This is not exclusive to this hotel. Most hotels we had required a pet deposit, but none as high as this one. If we come back this way again, we will definitely stay here. Kudos to Karlie and Alondra. You are the face of Hampton and should be commended for your friendly smiles and welcoming demeanor. Well done.
