My room 336 needs a new tv stand shower was nasty and the plug wouldn’t stay up . Swimming area was nasty and hair just floating in the pull , staff at the front counter was never there and I called text waited at the front for someone to help me with get another pillow and cover bc ours had blood on them .

Came in for soccer tournaments but do to the weather it was canceled was able to check in earlier than expected and front desk staff was super helpful and kind and understanding!! This will be out to go place when we come back to town!

This is a nice hotel, but not 5 star. The desk clerks and housekeeping did an excellent job. The hotel was pretty clean, although the elevators could be swept daily. As for the food, the waffles were great, but they were out of coffee or it was cold every morning and the eggs were cold sometimes and pretty dry (powdered eggs). I would stay here again as the rooms were nice.

Very nice to have a free breakfast. The waffles were awesome .The eggs were disappointing, powdered or something & dry, not like real scrambled. I eat a high protein breakfast usually, not all the carbs & sweets. Other than that, it was all good

We stayed here because my dad was having surgery nearby the next morning. We stayed in a suite with a king size bedroom and a fold out couch in the living room area to give us each our own privacy. The fold out couch was your typical not so comfortable place to sleep, but it was just for one night. Overall it was a nice stay. The room was clean, friendly staff, and a decent breakfast.

Mold was growing in the shower. On the soap dish. Not a lot but it will spread. The water in the sink smelled. It smelled like sewer. The breakfast needs to be updated. The eggs tasted old and cold. The biscuit was rock hard. The lady at the desk never smiled. I heard a dog barking for a long time. I did like the room. Nice and large. I come and stay for doctor visits. I don’t know if I will stay again.

Overall great stay
It was a great hotel. Clean. Very friendly staff. Had an issue with the upkeep of our room. The bedroom did not have an internal door handle. Thankfully we had our kids there that were able to open it from the outside. Otherwise we may have been stuck in there.

Great hotel!!!
Room was large, clean, and a great stay. As we had family in Mercy Hospital, this hotel was only about a mile away and offered a medical rate as well you just have to tell them. I highly recommend this hotel!!!
