Upon arrival in my room, there was a roach bigger than my foot running around the bathroom! The carpet had a worn hole in it. The shower temperature was sketchy, and dangerous. It was like Russian roulette with the temps! Finally the toilet tank would not fill up, and you had to wiggle the guts to get it to work! It made for a great honeymoon!!!(Sarcasm implied!)

The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job. Very organized and well mannered. The young lady's customer service at the front desk was also top notch.

I will never consider staying at this property for any reason. My vacation was delayed due to a train derailment in Arizona that shut down the interstate and prevented any rail travel east which was part of my vacation. I didn’t want to cancel my stay just move it further out due to extenuating circumstances. It was not a holiday or busy weekend, but they wouldn’t even consider it. Charged me full price for a stay I couldn’t make due to a railcar explosion that ended our entire trip. Thanks for the compassion and concern and for ending any future business from me. And to be clear every other hotel we had booked rescheduled for us even in the tourist towns we had booked that were busy. At least some places still have quality customer service. Just not this one.

I am sorry for your experience. We do stay over service every room everyday except when a do not disturb sign is on the door after 11:00am. Did you report that you did not receive service.

This use to be a really good hotels. Carpet smells tvs don’t work and towels are dingy and hard! Housekeeping does do a good job filling up soap and shampoo containers

Misleading pics, OLD, overpriced motel, not hotel
This hotel was chosen by one of my friends for a weekend trip. Before I reserved my room, I checked out the photos and the other reviews for the most part, and it looked fairly decent in the pictures. I am usually pretty strict about the hotels I’ll stay in, but my friends had already reserved their room, so I reserved there as well. We arrived that night and someone had been smoking weed in the reception area. We were given our keys and headed to our rooms. These are “doors on the outside” motel rooms, not hotel rooms. Mine was the new section, and it was easily from the 1970’s. The room smelled funky, the carpet was dirty and unvacuumed except for the traffic areas, the bath had a broken drain plug with various long hair on it, sitting on the edge of the tub. The lighting had dead bugs and residue inside of the shades. I literally almost just slept in my car as they had no more rooms available to exchange. A blacklight scan was probably my worst idea, but I did it anyway. Just… no. If this motel was a priced more realistically, at least people who don’t care would be getting a more reasonable rate. But the current rate was ridiculous. I could have paid a little more and stayed at the brand new Holiday Inn Express down the street.

I am sorry that you did not receive the best of what we offer. Could you tell me what room you were in so we can address this with housekeeping.We use all the updated cleaning materials and make sure rooms are sanitized.

It’s a very nice hotel, the room was excellent- bed was very nice, loved that it was so soft and comfortable. Room was also very very clean! The only negative was that the hotel was understaffed. The staff that was there, they were working their butts off all the time. But they were friendly, professional and courteous, they tried really hard to keep up with requests.

The wait staff at the bar was absolutely horrible. I was with a party of 3 & there was one other gentleman sitting at the bar. Itntook almost 45 min to get a round of drinks - & 2 were just bottles of beer! The waitress went to the restroom (& took her purse) & was in there for 20 minutes. Then she said she hadn't had a break & went outside for another 15 min - also taking her purse. I think there was a little something else going on. The cook just happened to come out of the kitchen & was nice enough to serve us. The front desk staff was not helpful at all. They were just sitting on the stools behind the counter not doing one thing. I reserved a room with a king size bed - got one with 2 double beds. The room was ok. Will not be staying here again.
