«The lobby looks great and modern. That's the only part of the hotel that is. I've stayed in Sandman hotels before and this one is very out-dated, not upto what I was expecting from Sandman. There was no mention of a room airconditioning unit which was very loud, in fact had to turn it off to sleep. Then was hot because of no air conditioning. When I back after dinner the Parking lot was full I asked for help but the Lady on front desk only apologized and it was something she can fix and this on going issue., unfortunately I wasn't able to find another place cause this was on middle of night and I had to take the risk driving all night.
