3 bedrooms & 2.5-bathrooms, this house is situated in our quiet residential area of Atlantic Shores at the "South Point" end of the island. Less than 1 mile from Oistins, 4 miles from airport & 7 miles from Bridgetown. South coast beaches are within walking distance, 18-hole golf course, supermarket, bank, restaurants & live nighttime entertainment are all minutes away by car.

The space
This is a semi split-level home with steps in 4 specific areas. There is single step up as you first enter the patio, 4 steps inside of house leading up to the bedrooms, 4 steps in the garage to enter the house, and 4 steps at rear for backdoor to access backyard.

The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, closet and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower.

Bedroom 2 is very spacious with one double (full) bed, wardrobe closet, a Mahagony vanity set with 3 mirrors, and is adjacent to a second bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 3 has one double (full) bed and one single (twin) bed, closet with drawers, and a built-in vanity desk/mirror.
*Each of these bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The Dining Room w/table has seating for six.
Living Room with Large 42' Smart TV, cable and Wi-Fi, has a 3-seater bamboo sofa, love seat and 3 single chairs.
*Both areas have ceiling fans.

Landline phones to make/receive local calls only, are located in both the Living Room and Master Bedroom.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with a 18.2 cu. ft. top and freezer fridge, 30" gas top stove with oven, pots and pans, microwave, air fryer, Vita-Mix blender, rice cooker, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils and mahogany breakfast table that seats 4.

There is a laundry/washroom with washing machine, double laundry sink, storage closet, iron and ironing board. Area also includes a half bathroom of toilet & small sink.

Spacious front patio has a table with chairs to provide an ideal ambience for semi-outdoor dining and lounging or, just to enjoy watching a lovely Caribbean sunrise.

A complimentary gift basket of food and beverage items is provided upon your arrival.

Guest access
The entire house (except for the under-home storage cellar) is available for your island pleasure experience and enjoyment.

You are also welcome to make use of the backyard where there is plenty of space to occupy any additional downtime should you choose.

If you are renting a vehicle, please utilize the attached single car garage, along with its easy entry point access into the house.

This property is equipped with wrought iron protection on all windows, and iron swing gates serve as a secondary point of added security at each entry door. For increased protection confidence, there is an outside video surveillance system at each entry point and the entire perimeter.

THE BEST BEACH on the island's southern coast is called Miami Beach.. and it's just a 10-minute walk or 2-minute car ride away. There is also our famous Oistins Fish Market Village with its Friday Night Fish Fry. Talk about a perfect opportunity to try some local cuisine and indulge in the cultural nightlife as the island's leading supplier of our national dish, flying fish!

"T.A.T." is an abbreviation of a song called, "Time After Time".

Fairway is a golfing term defined as: Where the grass is cut at a shorter length than the “rough”, which is usually along both sides of the fairway.

Our home has a great level of personal space and privacy because it is physically bordered between 2 fields (aka. the "rough") and aligns quite appropriately with those descriptive parameters.
