«Mark was as responsive as any host I've stayed with. Great communication. We had a small problem which he addressed right away and when he didn't have the login information to add channels to the MBR Roku, he offered to bring a new TV that could do this (we declined :). The place is very clean and very comfortable. Great heat on a some very cold days. The listing warns about the steep narrow stairs. They were less narrow and less steep than I expected from the warning. Great experience ...

«Great location, clean, and well appointed. We had a great time here while in town for a Browns game. Ohio City is a great spot just 10 mins from downtown Cleveland. Phillip was a responsive and gracious host and the apartment met all our needs and was a great place to hang out. »

«My family enjoyed a comfortable stay in this Ohio City home. Great location in a quiet neighorhood. The house was very clean with a well-equipped kitchen, modern appliances, food staples. Very nice, thoughtful bathroom appointments: hand soap; TP; shampoo, conditioner, body wash; mirror; hair dryer. Coffee!! Comfortable beds with quality pillows and sheets --- in fact, after our stay I ordered the same sheets for my home! There are a few errors in the VRBO property description that I believe ...
