Eden Mountain Home - 7 Bedrooms on Three Floors

The Eden Mountain Home is perfect for family gatherings with it's 3 spacious floors and 7 bedrooms. Play foosball or air hockey, watch one of three TVs, and hang out in the three large living areas.

Just five minutes away from Pineview Reservoir, where you can rent boats, fish or play at the beach. Close to Powder Mountain and Snowbasin, epic skiing in the winter and great for hiking and biking in the summer. Guests can enjoy the clubhouse just around the corner with a pool, hot tub, rec room, and gym.

The home has 7 total bedrooms, 2 on the bottom floor, 2 on the main floor and 3 on the third floor. With a living room on each floor there is plenty of space for everyone to spread our and indulge in their favorite past times. Whether it's playing air hockey or foosball in the game room, reading a book in the upstairs living room, or gathering around the dining table for a family board game night. The house has plenty of space and everything you need for a memorable vacation with family and friends.

Main Floor:
This is where you enter the home. The main floor features a kitchen, dining area and living room with a fireplace and internet connected TV. All TVs in the house are "smart" and have Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and Disney +.
The laundry room with washer/dryer and 2 bathrooms are also located on the main floor.
There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor:
Master with King bed, ensuite bathroom with jetted tub and shower, walk in closet.
The second bedroom has a queen bed. The guest bathroom with a shower/tub is located next to the bedroom.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. Double oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker and blender. Of course we are equipped with pots and pans and baking sheets and all the cooking implements you'd expect in a fully stocked kitchen.

Top Floor:
Living room with TV and fully stocked game closet.
3 bedrooms, two with Queen beds, one with two Twin beds.

First Floor:
Game room with air hockey and foosball tables, large couch and big screen TV. 2 bedrooms, one with Queen bed, one with 2 bunk beds (4 Twin beds total).

The attached 2 car garage has a ski racks and a boot warmer that can accommodate 12 pairs of boots.

Guest can use the Trappers Ridge Community pool, hot tub, exercise room and game rooms in the clubhouse which is located a short walk away just around the corner. Note that the swimming pool and hot tub area allow for 8 people from one household at a time (this is not a maximum occupancy of the pool, just no more than 8 people from one household are allowed to visit the pool at one time in order to ensure there is space at the pool for the entire community).

Parking is available in the garage and driveway. 6 vehicles can fit comfortably. Note that the HOA does not allow for street parking where snow plows and city vehicles run, however there is overflow parking for a few more vehicles 150 yards down the street if needed. Boats can be parked in the overflow parking also.
