«A surprising find and well worth staying here in a quiet cul de sac. Not far from Tauranga central and other amenities. The owners were great and helped us navigate the area. Breakfast was more than ample, quite a feast.»

«It seems like the price is high for what you are getting. The location is beautiful by the ocean and within walking distance of the Bluff ocean trail. However, we were expecting a little bit more luxury. There was no unique character or coziness to the place you would expect of a boutique hotel. The staff are friendly and the bed was comfortable. The room was rather small, although it was over looking the ocean.»

«Melissa's house is very welcoming. It is nice, comfortable, and Melissa makes it warm. She has a few animals (ducks, goose, hens, dogs, cats and now bees) which give the place a farm-ish feeling. We had a great time at Melissa's place, thanks a lot!»
