Quiet hotel in centre of Odessa
Easy and central, laid-back style - good help always at the reception area. Not always up to scratch in doing rooms, most likely because of understaffing. Nice garden and bar areas.

Hotel is very convenient situated near opera house. Very clean and stuff is friendly. Buffet was excellent. Beautiful inside and outside.

Always excellent!
I've been staying at the Mozart Hotel twice a year for 5 years now. Always excellent, and centrally located. Limited parking, but most guests arrive by taxi. The authorities have started closing off the nearby streets to traffic on the weekends and holidays, so you may have to walk 2-3 blocks to or from the hotel to meet your taxi.

The hotel has the best location in the city, in the center of all tourist attractions, and the price is great. The best experiece was the staff, cuisine, and service at the restaurant. The menu and quality of food are of a European caliber, and the service was fantastic. The room was ok but outdated and i requested a change, but the staff was not very accommodating. I had to go to our other room on another floor just to take a shower. The staff at the lobby is not very friendly and the security guards do not make you feel comfortable. Parking is not great, in fact, when requested to park our friend's car, the request was denied when the space was available, yet on another day, watched the same space to be used for someone else's vehicle, which we were told was not a parking space the day before. The checkout process was not the best and i was never asked how my stay was or was thanked for staying at the hotel, wished safe travels, etc. I was only asked for my room key and that was my checkout process. This was my 1st experience at Mozart but my family stayed here for 2 weeks 2 years ago and suggested to try it out (i stay at another hotel near by that has a very friendly atmosphere) I am giving it a neutral rating because i felt that i was in 2 worlds, high quality and caliber of service at a restaurant and back in the USSR with an unfriendly and unwelcoming faces elsewhere. Will i stay here again? A big Maybe. I would definitely come to Mozart for the restaurant.

Overall the property was very clean and well kept! The big issue with this hotel is the fact that there was a wedding every evening for the 5 days we stayed and all facilities were closed off! We were not allowed to use the pools since they were closed off for weddings! This resort had 3 wedding in one day! In the evening we were strolling with our child outside and the manager told us we had to leave the area! Very unprofessional I paid for the resort and I wasn’t allowed to use any of the area to enjoy basic sunset. I wouldn’t recommend this resort since it just involves mostly weddings. Another disappointment is that the music is extremely loud and there were fireworks for each night which were very disturbing. I will not be staying here especially after the manager approaching us and treated us like trash when you pay so much and expect better quality. Also, there is extremly a lot of drunk people here starting from morning to evening! Overall unhappy and disappointed with how they treated us during the stay!!! Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful property. Proximity to the theatre is exceptional. The restaurant created an amazing breakfast for us each day. We thought the room was just adorable with an exceptional terrace. Great sunrise views and many picture opportunities. Very kind and helpful staff

Great hotel !!!
It’s a beautiful hotel in a heart of Odessa near Opera theater. Nice view, amazing location and great professional front desk ladies work there. Amazing breakfast. Nice and clean. Only one thing. Bikers at night. But if you close window it’s good. Quite and calm. I stay there two nights and this noise happened all the time after 10 pm and late. My friends says it’s not often happened just bikers festival or something. Probably I was in that time. Anyway. Overall it’s pleasant hotel. I will stay there on a way back too. Btw. Price was so great. Unbelievable!!!! I will definitely recommend it to all my fries and family. Thank you!

The location is great, for cleaning it’s ok At Reception Girl are very roop to Hotel Guests. I have one problem. At baht rooms Glasses fall down!! They charge me money. The one people put shaver thing!! Hotels folder it’s not my. Bec they didn’t check and put safe!! I just put my things fall down!!! Motels must check befor sell rooms!!!!

According to the hotel rules all guests when leaving hotel should let hotel staff know, that room is free now and ready for preparing for the next arrivals. You didn`t do that, telling us you will come back soon. Later, when checking the room, our staff discovered that you had not paid some extra charges, so we wanted to contact you by phone, which you indicated in the registration form, to clarify that. Unfortunately, you did not want to communicate with us, having blocked incoming calls from us. We are very sorry that you recognize our wish to contact you regarding payment as staff rudeness and miserable handling of guests. We wish you all the best during your next trip.

Nice property/location but disappointing service
I arrived early and had to pay 0.5 days extra for early check in. Unfortunately the electricity was not working in my room despite reporting it three times to reception. The same early morning the water was off when I needed it most. I told the reception and was met with indifference - I did ask that measures were taken on recompensing this after however nothing was done.

Awesome location. Tired but nice hotel.
Awesome location. Nice room. Very good breakfast. But, unwelcoming, cold reception. Very stern and NOT the least bit warm. The girl was a know it all and we would have immediately walked away if we had not already prepaid.
