3 story pastel orange beach house with white trim. Less than a mile walk from the beach. This second-floor private suite has 1 queen bed and 1 full bath with private kitchenette (NO STOVE) and queen sleeper sofa. This space is located on the front of the house where there is a full 30ft covered porch. Great for a family of 4 or two couples looking to get away.

**The listed rate covers up to 2 guests. Additional guests will be an additional $50 per guest, per stay.

MAXIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE – NO PETS ALLOWED ** No Pets this unit. See either of our other 2 suites if you want to bring a pet.

The entrance is located up the stairs on the left side of the deck to the second floor covered porch. Studio includes a queen bed, kitchenette with dining table for 4, seating area with queen sofa bed and smart TV. The only other living space on this floor is another studio on the rear of the house with its own entrance. No common spaces.

** ANY additional guests not marked and paid for at the point of booking, I reserve the right to cancel the booking at the point of check in without refund.

Accommodations offer a hair dryer, Smart television and starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. Kitchenette includes apartment size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, cookware/dishes/utensils, and a standard 12 cup coffee maker (filters provided)

No smoking of any kind (no vapes, no e-cigs). Any evidence of smoking in the suite will incur a cleaning fee of $350. If you must smoke, please do so outside and away from other guests. Dispose of cigarettes properly (do not throw in the yard).

**IMPORTANT** Parking is a premium on Ocracoke and we only have 1 space available per suite. Please, no trailers or very large vehicles. Full size, 4-door, long-bed trucks and large SUVs (ex. Suburbans or Expeditions) will not fit in our parking area. They will be too long and/or too wide.

** Be aware that if you bring/rent a golf cart while you are staying with us you will need to park it behind your vehicle. An extension cord is available for charging.

Bicycles, golf carts and other 4x4 vehicles available for rent on the island. (Lots of options for rentals)

Ocracoke Beach Outfitters has beach gear, baby items, bicycles and other items for rent if you forget something for your stay. They are within walking distance of the house.

The house sits in the middle of our little island 30 miles off the mainland accessible only by ferry boat or airplane.

There are 3 ferry lines that service this island. Cedar Island, Swan Quarter and Hatteras. Cedar Island and Swan Quarter vehicle ferries require reservations and a small fee (see the NC Ferry Reservations website to reserve your date and time). The Hatteras vehicle ferry is free and first-come, first-serve. You may have to wait in line at Hatteras. The schedule for all ferries and reservations for Cedar Island and Swan Quarter are on the NC Ferry website (ferry.ncdot.gov)

No franchises are allowed on island so all the fish markets and restaurants are locally owed as are most all the businesses, family owned and operated. Restaurants get their fresh seafood directly from the local fishermen daily.
There are various festivals and special events throughout the season. Check out the Ocracoke Observer community newspaper website (ocracokeobserver.com) or Facebook page for up to date information on restaurant openings/closings and special events. This house sits within walking distance to it all.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a family friendly space with house rules and quiet hours posted in the rental agreement that you MUST read prior to booking. It's not a loud party house and OWNER reserves the right to cancel the booking (removing the guests), with or without refund, of any guests who do not abide by these house rules or demonstrate a lack of care towards the property or others while here..
