«It smelled smoke in one of the rooms, and we did not get an opportunity to change room when we asked. It was not very clean, and the shower in one of the rooms did not work. It was not worth the money.»

«We stayed for our honeymoon before embarking on our cruise to Bermuda out of Norfolk. The port was very close to the Inn.
The Inn is beautiful and so romantic. The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets.
I would love to come and stay longer and experience their restaurants and the city of Norfolk. I would highly recommend the Inn to anyone wanting a place that is not a big box type hotel. If ...

«I didn’t feel particularly safe during my stay here. It was LOUD at odd times in the halls (like 4:45 in the morning) and it smelled strongly like weed in the halls, the lobby, outside the hotel doors. Water was hot and water pressure was good, and bed was comfy enough, but I wouldn’t stay here again.»

«Upon arrival my room was clean & the temp was very comfortable. The staff was helpful on check in. However on checkout the person helping was a maintenance worker who didn’t know how to change my payment form. Breakfast was ok. It was what was expected from a complimentary buffet. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again.»

«The queen size room was large and modern. The bathroom and shower were also very large and modern. The only thing that I could find wrong was that there were no drinking glasses and the coffee maker didn’t have enough coffee pods.
The main downside was the lack of friendliness at the main desk
