«Really cool spot in the middle of everything. I walked for coffee and breakfast every morning and plenty of spots to check out for dinner also. Even a gym in walking distance. Being able to hear the waves all day and night was awesome! I do recommend backing thru the tunnel to make for an easier exit.»

«Location was 5 stars! If you are into aesthetics, this isn't the property for you. It is not well maintained. The furniture is beat up, the couch was uncomfortable, the stucco around the door isn't painted, one of the walls has a stain and the air conditioner leaks when in use. And the parking spot....R-I-DI-C-U-L-O-U-S. When a vehicle is in the adjacent spot I had to park on the next street over. (I have a small SUV). «Convenient location. Walkable to everything. Nice little view of the water with stairs down to the strand. Clean and up to date decor and furnishings. Having 2 beach chairs was convenient. AC was a bonus and kept things comfortable since it was quite warm during our visit. We were there on the weekend so construction next door was a non-issue. Would have been nice to have someplace to hang clothes, No closet, Just a dresser. We will happily rent again next time we visit.»

«The property is precisely as advertised… What you don’t know from the listing is that Nick was an amazing host. It’s hard to be the client in the vacation rental and I suspect it’s hard to be the host as well but Nick made it feel more like I was renting from an old college buddy and he really cared whether we were happy staying in his beach house.»

«Great location, close to the water with stunning ocean views. We enjoyed sitting of the balcony and watching the sunset or the waves each day. The unit is small but had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable although the sofa bed was less so. The only difficulty was getting out of the enclosed parking lot, which took a lot of maneuvering in a small space when other cars were there.»
