Beautifully Remodeled Ocean View Penthouse at North Coast Village!

Coastal Sands - B319 at North Coast Village

This beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach condo offers ocean views from both balconies. The primary bedroom retreat encompasses the entire top floor, and opens to a large rooftop balcony. Upgraded with granite counters, stainless appliances, and stone floors, the expanded kitchen is a chef's delight. Travertine stone surrounds the living room fireplace, and gorgeous new carpet has been installed on both levels. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room, a queen bed in the primary bedroom, and 2 full size beds in the secondary bedroom. The downstairs bathroom offers a travertine stone walk-in shower, and the primary bath has a tub/shower combination.

Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.

North Coast Village offers billiards, ping pong, a fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool for parties. The complex consists of ten four-story buildings surrounded by 2-story cottages, on several acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with streams, waterfalls, and tropical gardens.

You are just steps from the sand - this is an OCEANFRONT COMPLEX! Enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California. You will also find beautiful new exercise rooms, saunas, billiards, ping pong, reserved garage parking, cable television, a recreation center, clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace and cedar walls, and laundry facilities with brand new machines.

North Coast Village is located between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier. This is a great area for riding bikes! A beautiful, scenic bike trail starts right across the street from the complex or bike along HISTORIC Pacific Coast Highway. Experience awe inspiring sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and fun and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions.

Downtown Oceanside is a neighborhood that knows its potential. With brand new renovations recently completed, new, exciting restaurants and hotels are opening at a record pace. The Main Street Oceanside Farmers' Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which offers fresh produce every Thursday from 9-1, and the Sunset Market offering food booths from around the world and live music Thursday evenings from 5-9.

Within a short drive, enjoy Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Legoland, Wild Animal Park, SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, La Jolla, Balboa Park, the Gaslamp District and Del Mar Race Tracks.

Summer getaway

We loved our stay and love the property and its proximity to the beach and harbor. This is our 2nd year going although we stayed in a different unit last year. We love the property grounds, gym and game room. The furniture in this unit wasn’t very comfortable(couch, chairs and outside chairs downstairs) the beds were very comfortable. We were disappointed there was no ice or filtered water in the unit. There was also no way to stream any tv which was a little disappointing but overall not really a necessity. We did love the chairs and cooler for the beach! We will definitely go back.

Awesome Property

The property is in a very good location. Within walking distance to the beach and the pool. The amenities onsite are great as well. The property was clean and well maintained. Property manager was responsive and made sure everything was good upon our check in. Overall a great place to stay with family.

Penthouse at the North Coast Village

We really enjoy staying at, North Coast Village. The Village is always clean and quiet even in the afternoons when you think people will be in the pool and jacuzzi partying it up. This never happens because of the family orientation of the place. They have rulesanf regulations, to help control that but I haven't heard that they have ever had to enforce them. The landscaping of the complex is awesome, you dont even feel like your un a city. Another great thing about this place is its within walking distance to everything, the beach is just a few steps away, the marina is about 1/4 mile away with great bars and restaurants. The Oceanside Peir is about 3/4 to a mile away and that same area you will find all kinds of restaurants and bars to enjoy. If your up to it, its about anouther half mile walk to main street, where you will find anything and everything your heart desires... all kinds of shopping from new to old. We have stayed at North Coast Village over a dozen times and never had a bad experience! We all ways recommend this place to our friends and family to stay. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed!!!

Perfect getaway

Great location, clean, quiet, within walking distance to the beach and so many places to eat. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom are a nice bonus from the other places we’ve stayed at. The living room and dining areas are spacious. Very comfortable place.

Great condo

We loved our condo. Ours was 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Master suite was upstairs. Very nicely furnished and 2 balconies that you can see the ocean. When I originally booked, it made it seem we were RIGHT on the beach based on the picture. That wasn’t the case. It was a 5-7 minute walk so it wasn’t horrible. Gym was clean and taken care of. Parking was tight for our Yukon and trying to fit through the gate. That was the biggest downfall. Laundry room was great. Overall experience was great.

August Family Stay

We would book this condo again

This condo far surpassed our expectations! We did not realize it was a 2 story unit, and that loft/master suite was stunning! I'd caution others, though, that there isn't a door for the upstairs master suite, which may be problematic for some. Our kids (11 and 7) thoroughly loved staying in the sizable first floor bedroom. The beds were all very comfortable. The bathrooms were gorgeous. My husband loved that recliner in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked - except for pot holders. :). We loved having the beach towels and chairs to use. The condo was very quiet, even with the windows open continuously. We had a great little beach vacation with our kids. In fact, we loved this place so much we may book it again next spring or summer. Thanks, host, for such a nice, relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Beach getaway

We had the best time! Location is perfect. Condo was clean and spacious. We discovered Oceanside has Circuit (look it up if you don’t know what it is) to get conveniently around the city. The property is well kept and has everything you need. We will be returning and will rent from them again!!

Weekend getaway

We loved the property and the location. The marina was a short 10min walk from the condo and the beach was about a two minute walk! The only issue we had was the trip wasn’t long enough!! Definitely check out the local restaurant Harbor Fish ‘n Chips! They have been there forever and the price to ratio of food and taste are unmatched in the marina!
