Just 10-15 minutes from downtown Bethany Beach, this spacious home has everything you could want for a relaxing vacation including a rear outdoor sitting area, barbecue, and some bikes!



Spacious bedrooms, living spaces, and a gorgeous up-to-date kitchen are the highlights of this well cared for home. The beds are three kings and two single-sized bunk beds. Please bring your own linens and towels. If you prefer to rent, we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up.



The Bay Forest Clubhouse offers residents a range of activities including a recreational pool designed with interactive features such as slides, a water volleyball court, and a lazy river. A second pool, designed primarily for adults, is heated and features a shallow depth sunning ledge as well as a lap pool for exercise. A third pool for tots provides a full complement of swimming options for Bay Forest residents and their guests. The facility includes an expansive fitness center, and bar/restaurant.



Amenity fees of 50.00 per pass/person over the age of 5, maximum of eight passes are payable by guest to the property manager at least 30 days prior to the start of the stay.



This is a non-smoking home.



Guests pay a $200 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available to rent from Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View.
